Madame, Monsieur,

Je vous écris afin de déposer une réclamation concernant mon récent séjour.

Malheureusement, nous avons passé une nuit extrêmement désagréable. La chambre était située au rez-de-chaussée, avec une fenêtre directement à côté d’un bar. Pendant la nuit, des chaises étaient installées dans la rue et de nombreux clients sont restés jusqu’à 2h du matin à boire et à parler très fort, rendant le repos impossible.

Après la fermeture du bar, la situation ne s’est pas améliorée. Dans la chambre voisine, une personne ronflait très fortement jusqu’à environ 7h du matin. Le bruit était si intense qu’on avait l’impression qu’il se trouvait dans notre propre chambre.

De plus, une lampe de secours restait allumée en permanence avec une lumière verte, ce qui empêchait d’avoir une obscurité totale et rendait le sommeil encore plus difficile.

Par ailleurs, les toilettes étaient très éloignées de la chambre, ce qui était particulièrement peu pratique et inconfortable, surtout pendant la nuit.

À la suite de cette nuit éprouvante, je me suis retrouvé sans énergie pour poursuivre mon programme de voyage dans le sud de l’Espagne, ce qui a fortement impacté mon séjour.

Par conséquent, j’estime que les conditions de l’hébergement ne correspondaient pas à ce qui était attendu, et je sollicite formellement le remboursement total du montant payé pour cette nuit, en raison de l’impossibilité de se reposer dans des conditions normales.

Dans l’attente d’une réponse rapide et d’une solution satisfaisante.

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien organizado y se nota que lo atienden a diario. Era tranquilo y muy céntrico.

Cons:

A pesar de que se notaba que realizaban una limpieza de las areas comunes a diario, el alojamiento podría estar más cuidado y limpio.

Lo que me gustó del alojamiento fue la ubicación y la facilidad para acceder.

Cons:

No me gustó la habitación, la ropa de cama, las instalaciones comunes como el baño bastante antiguas y poco limpias/ordenadas… No tuve contacto con nadie del alojamiento. Todo online vía e-mail y WhatsApp. Muy impersonal para mi punto de vista.
Además, el dueño (por error) me dijo que había visto que en la habitación éramos dos personas, en lugar de una. Lo cual me dio bastante respeto, se disculpó porque había sido una confusión, pero me sentí observada de alguna manera.

Pros:

Het was een ruime kamer in een groot gebouw, er waren 3 kamers, 2 ervan waren aan de binnenkant, en dus rustig. de mijne was helaas aan de straatkant, daar was veel lawaai tot 12 s'avonds.
Er waren 2 badkamers met douche en wc en een extra wc en ook een keuken.

Cons:

Het lawaai van de straat tot laat op de avond en het bed was ook niet comfortabel.
