Çalışanlar son derece yardımsever insanlar ve türkçe biliyorlar. Odalar biraz eski olsa da gayet kullanışlı ve temiz. Otopark ücretsiz ve sorunsuz. Lokasyon da gayet güzel hem merkeze 10dk yürüme mesafesinde hem de etrafında tüm olanaklar mevcut.Wi-fi bağlantısı güçlü ve sorunsuz. Fiyat performans olarak son derece tatmin edici.

Me alojé recientemente en este hotel y la experiencia general fue muy positiva. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para explorar el centro de Prizren a pie. Quiero destacar especialmente al personal, que fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento, y el desayuno, que ofreció una variedad deliciosa y de calidad.
Sin embargo, no puedo dar las 5 estrellas por un detalle importante: el fuerte olor a tabaco en las zonas comunes (y a veces se colaba en la habitación). Es una pena que, estando ya en 2026, todavía no se prohíba fumar estrictamente en espacios cerrados de hostelería. Si el hotel solucionara este tema y fuera un espacio 100% libre de humo, sería un lugar de diez."

Un muy buen hotel!
Pros:

Un hotel ubicado en una zona interesante de Prizren cerca de todo pero con cierto ambiente local. El recepcionista un crack, además el desayuno estaba bien, la habitación suficiente para descansar y con un pequeño parking donde pude aparcar.

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment au top et très professionnel en plus le patron donne vraiment des renseignements complets et très précis sur ce qu'il y a à voir dans la vieille ville et aux alentours
L'hôtel est très bien placé à quelques minutes à pied des lieux à visiter la vieille ville jusqu'au fort qui domine la ville ancienne ces lieux et architectures de différentes époques sont remarquables
De nombreux restaurants et pâtisseries très près de l'hôtel où l'on mange très bien des spécialités du pays à des prix incroyables
