Pros:

It was a very good location and easy to walk right into the centre

Cons:

Our bedsheet had a blood stain on the sheets, and checking in was definitely abrupt with the person on the desk

Pros:

Good location, good aircon.

Cons:

No window in room and very poor ventilation. There was mould growing on the walls because of this and my clothes became damp after leaving them out. There was only a glass separation between the bathroom and the rest of the room so if you turned the bathroom light on the whole room was lit up which was not good at night.
The hotel is also 2 doors down from a nightclub so can hear music all night. You can also hear all the noise from other rooms and all of the door alarms which go off very frequently.

option with minimal budget
Pros:

location is good, near zepp kl, lalaport, and lrt hang tuah

Cons:

1. No lift, you need to carry your luggage all the way to your room, im at second floor, worker help me to lift up my luggage to my room, but when check out, you need to carry your luggage yourself.
2. Noisy, you can hear the sound from outside clearly, somehow very distracting during midnight.
3. No body shampoo and hair shampoo provided.
4. Few plug point. only 2 plug point in 1 room, insufficient plug point.

Pros:

The location excellent. The hotel is in-between bejaya time sq and lalaport shopping centre.
The facilities is bad, the Aircon noisy, toilet paper is pull out type. Pillow too high....but for that money and good location... nothing much to complaint....

Pros:

Отличный персонал, удобная кровать, классный санузел, удобное место для чемодана. Не слышно звуков улицы. На коридоре можно набирать питьевую фильтрованную воду (горячая, нормальная, холодная).

Cons:

В номере нет окон. Цена увеличивается при фактической оплате проживания по сравнению с окончательной заявленной на сайте.

Pros:

The Ceria hotel is amazing. Everything is nice and clean. The rooms also have AC which is very nice. The location is okay, you have to walk 5 min to get to the station so you can get into the center.
