Очень приятная семья владельцев! Чистота. Красивый вид на храм из зоны проживания. Отличное месторасположения. Благодарим за проведенное у вас время. Нам все очень понравилось!

Die Zimmer sind modern, geschmackvoll und sehr gepflegt. Begrüßt wurden wir vom Vater des Inhabers – ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und unkomplizierter Mensch, bei dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich: mitten im Zentrum und dennoch herrlich ruhig. Das Apartment ist stilvoll gebaut und eingerichtet, sodass es an nichts fehlt. Wer in Kutaissi eine Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Rooms were high quality, comfortable bed, refrigerator, good shower and very clean. Location is perfect only 5 mins walk from centre but in a quiet street. Host and family were so friendly and kept in touch when our arrival was delayed.
Would definitely stay here again.

Niesamowita goscinnosc, nawet jak na Gruzję! Wspaniała lokalizacja, zarówno jak podróżuje się samochodem (jest gdzie zaparkować wygodnie), jak i nie: do centrum, na targ i nad rzekę jest dosłownie parę kroków. Przy tym sama ulica baaardzo cicha, potrzebowaliśmy odpoczynku i bardzo się wyspaliśmy. Właściciel niesamowicie pomocny i gościnny: czekał na nas przy przyjeździe i żegnał przy wyjeździe, polecił dobre restauracje w okolicy i nawet otrzymaliśmy prezent! Było nam niesamowicie miło:)

There are only 3 rooms set within a lovely garden. The room was very clean, modern and spacious. Has a small communal kitchen with good facilities and also an iron and ironing board.
Host Giorgi was amazing so attentive and helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble for him.
Central to everything in Kutaisi.
Cannot fault this stay and would definitely recommend.

Небольшой семейный отель. Останавливались на 2 ночи в начале сентября. У нас был номер с видом на зеленый, красивый дворик. Очень уютный, чистый номер, есть все необходимое. На территории есть мини кухня, можно приготовить себе еду. Удобное расположение, в самом центре, приятно прогуляться вокруг.
Очень приветливые и заботливые владельцы, всегда на связи. Подсказали самые красивые места в округе, которые обязательно стоит посетит, порекомендовали удобный маршрут, в какой последовательности куда заезжать, по навигатору маршрут строился по другому. Порекомендовали кафе с местной едой, нам там очень понравилось. Всегда были на связи, мы чувствовали постоянную заботу. А в последний вечер угостили домашним вином, оно было очень вкусным

Een prachtige plek om te verblijven wanneer je in kutaisi verblijft. Er is werkelijk aan alles gedacht. De kamer is super mooi en schoon en de gastheer is erg vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader!

各个方面都非常满意，甚至是超出预期，一行6人正好3个房间都住上了，有独立的庭院和餐厅，餐厅还有电视，要是遇上赛事，买了食材回来边看边吃非常棒。房东的儿子是主要交流对象，英文很好，特别友善，服务也让人舒心，他们一家就住在民宿正对面的一栋楼。房间里有水有饼干有伞（伞的质量特别好，入住当晚遇上雷阵雨正好用上了），厕所里除了洗漱用品，居然还有棉签和湿纸巾等等，整个民宿非常非常棒。如果是只住一间，可以提前询问并预定靠花园的那间，会略大一点，且推窗即花园。网上3间名字和价格好像都一样，分不出来。

Exceptional and unique service in a lovely hotel. Center of the city in a silent street. Parking space was prepared for us in front of the hotel. Walking distance from all Kutaisi main attractions, and best restaurants.
Traveling Georgia, we enjoy the friendliness of the people and our hosts, and by now taking it for granted. Friendliness is one thing, but service is another. The uniqueness of Varla Hotel host, Giorgio, is in his unprecedented (in Georgia) attitude to service. We arrived on a very hot day, and he requested that we advise him by whatsapp an hour before our arrival, so that he can turn on the air-conditioner. His recommendation for restaurants and attractions were sent after our arrival, and all were totally spot-on. Nothing we needed or requested was too much and even some esoteric request to help us shopping for a unique item, were fulfilled by his parents.
The room is modern, spotlessly clean, bed is extremely comfortable and linen of high quality.
An easy 10 out of 10.

Easily THE BEST property in Kutaisi. It's a boutique stay with just a few very well maintained rooms and a beautiful lawn. The host, George is a generous young entrepreneur with perfect attention to detail to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. The location is bang on in the center of the city with easy access and with all the major attractions/essentials within walking distance. The room is fully equipped with all the essentials. Loved it!
