Huoneen koko ja laadukas varustelu olivat positiivinen yllätys. Tavanomaista parempi erinomainen aamiainen. Hinta/laatu oli enemmän kuin kohdallaan, vahva suositus.

Bardzo dobry hotel na rynku, w pobliżu fantastycznego Browaru Miejskiego i wielu restauracji. Pokój czysty, aneks kuchenny w pelni wyposażony, duża elegancka łazienka, przybory toaletowe, posciel i reczniki z wyhaftowanymi emblematami hotelu.

Really nice room, beyond what I expected. Kitchen included everything needed (except oven and microwave). Bath tub was a welcome unexpected bonus. The area is perfectly located city centre easy walking distance from everything

God lejlighed, beliggende midt på byens torv, i hyggelig gammel bydel.
Hotellet var opdelt tre steder i byen, dog tæt på hinanden. Vi fik en lejlighed i rigtig god stand, men desværre, som det eneste negative, lå vi lige op mod kirken som ringede meget højt allerede fra kl 6 om morgenen.
Personalet var utroligt hjælpsomme, vi skulle have printet nogle papirer ud til et stævne, og de hjalp os med stor glæde to dage i træk.
Morgenbuffet var middel ifht andre steder vi har været.

So the good- great location. Close to the main attractions. Air conditioner works.

The bad - the beds were horrible. My fiancé & I both didn’t sleep well & very uncomfortable. My back & hips were hurting the next day. People smoke on the steps in front of the entrance and the smells goes into the lobby & first floor. Our room was on the first floor so we would instantly smell the cigarettes going or getting out of the room. The breakfast was ok.

Nice and fast. Fit for me.

This hotel is very clean and walkable.

Comfortable mattress

Hotel situé dans le centre historique de Bielsko Biala dont l'architecture rappelle le centre de Vienne. Petit-déjeuner très copieux, très diversifié et absolument excellent.

It was ok. No room service. They didn’t come in the morning to make the beds or change towels or check if we need body wash or toilet paper etc

Delizioso hotel in pieno centro con tutti i comfort. Menzione speciale per la pulizia. Colazione ok.

Nice and cosy hotel in a great location. The climb upstairs was a bit much, but not too much.

An old building remodeled to a good standard, could have better wifi for business users

Excellent location, awesome staff and really nothing at all to complain about. If you go to Biesko-Biela, then choose this one.

Excellent location close to old town square, parking off site for a fee. Nice spacious apartment, kitchenette suitable for light meals and be prepared there are no elevators. Breakfast available for a fee.

I enjoyed this hotel so much last summer that I booked it again for my two-night stay in February. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful with an abundance of fresh and varied food options. The only down side is that on weekends there's a lot of noise (voices, music) that can make sleep a bit of a challenge. Otherwise - a delightful place to stay.

Few things makes a huge difference for this property. All rooms in the main building seems to be ok, BUT they also have a couple other location around the corner and they are pretty bad. My room for example had only bathtub, no shower, which is very inconvenient and my window would not lock. They also have three restaurants right under this building and it was very noisy until midnight add to that the window issues. No outlet in the bathroom either, weird and inconvenient.

all was great and amazing
