Buens ubicación, buena atención del personal del hotel; el restaurante muy bueno y bien atendido por Luis y sus compañeras...

Falta de algún servicio básico : un frigobar, para mantener fria el agua ; un dispenser de agua fría y caliente, las instalaciones muy viejas ( grifería, por ejemplo) que no se condice con lo que paga la noche ...

Sea View
Pros:

I paid extra for a balcony with a sea view, which was excellent as only a few feet from the Caribbean and all the boats going to from the other Islands. Staff, all of them very friendly. Food was pretty good in the restaurant, you are pretty much in the middle of Bocas .

Cons:

Basic 3 star hotel, clean, but could do with a bit of a makeover. I would stay again, but only if I could get a room with a balcony and sea view

Pros:

Paulette war eine grossartige Person und half mir in diversen Angelegenheiten.
Gute zentrale Lage in Bocas Town.
Das Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Wegen der zentralen Lage gab es relativ viel Leute in und um das Hotel mit leider viel Lärm.

Sun deck & fun in Bocas!
Pros:

- Great staff, super relax, helpfull & friendly!
- At the heart of the action in town!
- The main restaurant & deck is great to hang out!
- We had a problem with reservations, and they were really understanding & flexible. Thanks again for that!
- The breakfast was good

Cons:

- The room were not that clean. We had multiple hair in the bed, to the point we wondered if they washed the bed (it smell clean tough)
- The breakfast was good, but the coffee could be improved!

Pros:

Excelente localização. Instalações limpas e organizadas e funcionários prestativos. Adoramos o serviço de restaurante do hotel.

Buena opción para una estancia corta
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. En el restaurante la comida bastante buena. Sin embargo el desayuno a mi me pareció bastante justo en cuanto a variedad. Poca fruta, y siempre huevos (fritos, revueltos, o tortilla) y tostas.
El personal muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

La Cama. No hay nevera en la habitación. Televisión sin canales nacionales, solo accesible con internet y tu propia cuenta. No había gel de baño.

Super séjour !!!
Pros:
