Horrible, hygiene is important. Clean, fresh sheets are non negotiable.
Pros:

Most of the apartment was clean

Cons:

The sheets were not clean. Bedding not clean , I am disappointed because I did not get a good nights sleep and value for my money.

The owner of the unit did me wrong honestly.I would really like to get a refund.This was a bad stay.

The reception of thehotel was pretty amazing and the hotel staff were good.Parking was great.The view was good.

We did not have breakfast at all as we were not given the breakfast voucher by the owner.The reception of thehotel was pretty amazing and the hotel staff were good.As for the unit we booked into it was one problem after anoter. i would not recommend anyone using booking .com to get accomodation at the hotel because everyone else enjoyed their stay besides my partner and i.The apartment was not clean.only one towel was made avail for us.the fridge had a nasty smell. there was no hot water and most of the plugs were not working well.

I couldn’t sleep because the room was smelling like a toilet . I had to check out and go book another place .

Cons:

When I arrive I had to wait for an hour to get a key . The communication is so poor , you communicate with someone who will transfer you to another one and it based on watsapp , no phone call to apologise for keep you waiting -no professionalism. They don’t even ask for ID copy . Everything was a mess.
