Nous rentrons d'un séjour au ACUBE HOTEL, et le mot qui nous vient à l'esprit est : MERCI. Si l'hôtel en lui-même est TOP, c'est l'humain qui a rendu nos vacances vraiment inoubliables.
❤️ Un personnel aux petits soins
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse rare. L'équipe a été d'une réactivité incroyable : ils nous ont proposé un changement de chambre en cours de séjour pour s'assurer que notre configuration familiale soit la plus confortable possible. Un geste que nous avons énormément apprécié !
Un grand merci à l'accueil ce matin
Une mention spéciale — et un immense merci — à la personne présente à la réception ce matin. Elle a sauvé notre fin de voyage en gérant d'une main de maître un petit souci de transfert vers l'aéroport. Grâce à son aide et son calme, nous avons pu partir l'esprit léger. C’est ce genre de service qui fait toute la différence entre un bon hôtel et un établissement d’exception.
📍 Un emplacement stratégique
Pour ceux qui hésitent encore, l'emplacement est tout simplement imbattable :
L'hôtel est au pied des lignes de métro, ce qui rend les déplacements dans toute la ville d'une simplicité enfantine.
Le quartier est vivant et très agréable pour une famille.
En résumé : Un hôtel super, un confort moderne, mais surtout une équipe dévouée et humaine. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Awesome stay!
Pros:

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay—they were welcoming, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The location was also perfect, close to major attractions and convenient transportation. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Staff were very helpful and rooms clean

Cons:

View from room 702 was just roofs of adjacent buildings and storage was very limited, we basically lived out of our suitcases. Only one bedside table and 2 draws in bathroom area

Pros:

Very good location, near Nice to CU convenience store, gwangjang market and DDP. Helpful English speaking front desk staff. Comfy beds and clean room. Laundry and dryer on the 8th floor.

Cons:

Everything was great except for when we were checking out at 3am. The elevator was not working and no staff available at that time. We had to carry our luggages down from the 5 floor.

Nothing. Got scammed by this hotel.

Cons:

My flights were canceled because of the US-Iran war, so I contacted the hotel in advance to request a free cancellation. Instead of helping, the staff eventually stopped responding altogether.

They told me they would leave an envelope with my room key because I was arriving after midnight. I arrived at 12:30 a.m., and none of that was true:
- the hotel was closed, and I had to wait outside in -3°C for about 30 minutes until another guest let me in
- reception was empty, and there was no envelope or key
- neither WhatsApp number responded: the main number was switched off, and the emergency number posted at reception also did not answer

After a long trip affected by war-related cancellations, I was left outside like a dog in freezing weather and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

Fortunately, I found one nearby. I recommend future guests be prepared to do the same.

Pros:

Établissement fonctionnel, eau et thé renouvelés tous les jours. bouilloire, laverie avec lave linge sèche linge et fer à repasser. Chambre familiale spacieuse.

Cons:

Chauffage coupé en avril, 18 degrés dans la chambre, on a demandé des couvertures supplémentaires.

Super rapport qualité prix !
Pros:

Le lit était vraiment très grand et super confortable.
La salle de bain était aussi très correcte.
L’emplacement était très pratique, en plus, il y avait comme un petit « supermarché » vendant uniquement de la nourriture et appartenant à l’hôtel (en bas), ouvert 24h/24.

It’s ok to stay here.

The room was large.

Cons:

There was a problem in the toilet system a bit. one room the hotel change the room for us next morning. another room, the staff came quickly fix it.
