Pros:

It's a beautiful place. From my room, I could see the Dragon Bridge (but soon this view will be covered by a new building). The construction site nearby did not interfere in any way. The bed and linens are clean and very comfortable. There are toothbrushes. The receptionist was always helpful when we had any questions.

Cons:

The disadvantage of the hotel is that when you open the closet, it creaks a lot (all the doors).

Pros:

Просторный номер, большая кровать, удобный толстый матрас, хорошая ванная комната, дизайн, относительная тишина.

Cons:

Окно в соседний дом, то есть комната в темноте, только искуственный свет, о чем не было указано при выборе номера, фото были другие, но это частая история во Вьетнаме. Свалка бутылок прямо под окном, из соседнего кафе, между домами. Так же следовало бы тщательнее убрать перед заселением но не критично.

Pros:

Die Einrichtung ist modern und komfortabel

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Popel vom Vorgänger am Türrahmen,die Dusche verstopft und wurde erst nach mehrfacher Reklamation gesäubert.
Die Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgte manchmal erst um 16 Uhr,es wurde meistens etwas vergessen zu ersetzen, Handtücher, Trinkwasser, Seife.
Das Hotel verlangt Barzahlung bei einchecken,hat jedoch überhaupt kein Wechselgeld an der Rezeption so daß wir selbst außerhalb wechseln gehen musten!

Каждый день мы не могли уснуть, за стенкой расположилась бильярдная, слышимость сильная в номерах. В номере мы заметили плесень, паутина под раковиной, таракан в ванной. Уборку не проводили по выходным, даже туалетную бумагу не заменили в номере. Администратор просто спит и не может ответить ни на один вопрос. Если вы хотите получить комфорт от проживания, то вам точно не в этот отель.
