Was very easy and nice
Pros:

Clean, has everything, restaurant 30% discount. Check in and checkout very smooth and easy. Communication is excellent and very helpful manager.

Pros:

It was near to the train station. The room had everything needed.

Cons:

We requested a late check-in (after 10 PM), which was approved. However, we were informed that the entrance codes would only be provided after the payment was completed. Even though I sent several messages two days before our arrival, I did not receive any response from the host. Since we had already paid through Booking and were already on our way to the hotel, this created unnecessary stress as we were unsure whether we would receive the codes and have access to the property.
Eventually, I tried calling one last time around 10 PM, and luckily the host responded and provided the information. Still, this situation could have been avoided with better communication.
Additionally, on Saturday night there was a party in the pub downstairs that lasted until around midnight and it was quite loud.

Clean room, decent price
Pros:

A fair room for the money. Booked a king room. Plenty of space, king bed, clean bedding. Big rain shower. Clean bathroom. Kettle, coffee/tea, hairdryer, products. Just there to sleep. Decent for the price with clean bedding/bathroom.

Carpet had seen better days

Clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and easy to check in.

Cons:

Carpets do need a clean. Communal areas also. No iron in the room or hair dryer but available if requested

Decent value for the money you pay.
Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed and good storage space. Refrigerator and kettle in the room. Supermarket on the way from the tube. 1 stop away from trains (Wimbledon).

Cons:

Windows at the attic are completely dirty. The bathroom window wasn’t tight.
