Good stay overall.
Pros:

Good bed and bathroom.

Cons:

At the check-in the receptionist tried to bambozzed me saying that she gave me an upgrade but indeed she downgraded me. I complaint of course as soon I entered the room and saw a smaller room without a bath and they changed me immediately. So take care when booking your room.

Clean room, great location and staff
Pros:

Location was great, extremely close to nearest metro station exits. Staff was accommodating and can speak decent English. Room was clean.

Wonderful, comfortable, easy stay in the heart of the former French concession.
Pros:

Clean, very comfortable, easy. Incredible location and a great base from which to see Shanghai. Staff were helpful and perfect, but mostly unseen. The bed was quite firm, which turned out to be really comfortable - slept very well. Rooms were made up in no time every day. Late check out (12pm) made things really easy on our last day.

Cons:

There was a funny malfunction with a speaker in the ceiling of our room, which started playing small snippets of music one day, but when we told them they quickly fixed it. The shower also had a couple of days where the hot water was not reliable, but that righted itself.

Pros:

Hotel Location is very good. Lot os shopping and dinings around hotel. Subway station is very closed to hotel. Room is very clean and staff also very nice.

Cons:

Room is too warm, can not adjust air condition to make room cooler. We have to open window all night.

Pros:

La ubicación es genial, al lado del metro y en una calle principal. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Habitación muy grande, nos hicieron upgrade además gratuito, fueron muy amables. El WC era de los modernos con agua.
Además no había ruido para ser tan céntrico, cosa a valorar

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad sehr gut ausgestattet. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.
