Pros:

I felt completely at home during my stay. It’s a calm, peaceful place and everything was exceptionally clean. The owner was very kind and helpful, he even offered transport, provided meals, and gave me great recommendations on what to see. I truly appreciated the hospitality and can only recommend this accommodation.

Pros:

ホストはとても親切で、部屋などの設備はとても綺麗でした。駅にもそこまで遠くない。卵を使わせてもらえた。マンチェスターはホステルが高いのでここに泊まった方が快適かも。

値段は安くないから、迷うかもしれない。タオルをもう少し綺麗にしていて欲しいかな！でも十分泊まる価値はある！

Comfortable but not security friendly
Pros:

It was clean tidy and in easy access to the event I was attending.

Cons:

Did not like the feel of security.
The front door to the property was to be left open as I was not given a key. I was given a key to my bedroom.
Also the feeling of breaking the law by not having a key to the main entrance to the building was not nice. Had to yank the door hard to gain entry instead.
I would be not returning

Nice, hospitable host who has a convenient and clean private room with shared apartment.
Pros:

Loved the access to public transportation as well as the cleanliness and peace and quiet of the apartment. The host, Asher, was kind and flexible as well. Very hospitable.

Cons:

It should be classified as a Private Room with Shared Bathroom and Common Space. Luckily I had no issues or problems with the host and someone who may have been another guest one night but this could surprise and possibly be a problem with maybe women traveling solo or people with valuables.

Pros:

The host is very friendly and helpful, the flat is rather big and comfortable, it's clean in general, close to O2 Manchester

Cons:

I found some hair in the bathtub, so I can't give the highest mark for the cleanliness. The host stays in the same flat, which I didn't realise when booking, although I saw him only at the beginning of my stay, but still it might be uncomfortable for a solo travelling woman.

Comfortable room in lovely apartment, really good value.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, home from home, met by owner, no issues and shown room which was nicely decorated, had everything I needed. Very close to Ashbury station which is £1.90 to get the Piccadilly, 25 min walk to Coop Live.

Pros:

Immaculately clean and tidy, perfect for my one-night stop over in Manchester. Really helpful, friendly host, who I only saw at the start, and then at the end of my stay (only because I left my phone charger behind and he helpfully brought it down for me). Highly recommended.

Pros:

Very nice place, 30 minutes walk from co-op live arena

Cons:

It doesn't state in the add, that if you only book the one room, the owner lives on the property and is in the next bedroom. As a female I wasn't aware there would be a male there when I was there. He was very nice tho. Just think this should be in the advert.

Perfect stay.
Pros:

I was attending a match at the Etihad and the apartment was in an ideal location. Close to the train station as well to head into the city centre. Secure parking as well.

Cons:

There was nothing I can fault

Pros:

Asked owner what bus was best from station. Asher texted me back said he would pick me up. Bonus right away! Very helpful and informative about area. 10mins from accommodation to Etihad walking.
Accommodation was excellent, comfy single bed tea coffee. Shower bath, all high quality decorated throughout.
Would be a good base to stay longer to explore surrounding areas. Or close to most northern or midlands sporting /music venues.

Cons:

Can't say anything bad about stay.
