Locatie 5 min lopen naar de middle gate van het Zhangjiajie park. Niet veel in de buurt wel restaurantjes 2 a 3. Overkant erg gezellig. De dame aan de receptie helpt je heel uitgebreid in goed engels. Tekent alle kaarten uit voor jou. De jongeman helpt ook goed met behulp van een vertaal apparaat. Kamer met balkon achter en gezamenlijk terras voor. .
Ontbijt is wat klein maar oke. Zwembad liggen tegels los dat is echt zonde want de rest is het er prachtig.
The guy on the front desk was great. Really helpful on the tour details despite not having masses of spoken English. The location was good if your plan is to visit the National Park.
Frankly, it was very, very tired and absolutely nothing like the photos on the listing. It promised a luxurious experience so we spent a lot of money on the room which didn’t reflect the listing or the price. The disappointment starts at reception which is small and untidy. The swimming pool area is tired (some of the decking is loose) there are a few dirty pieces of plastic furniture and the pool itself is filthy. The area which you access the room is, tired and looks like it’s just been filled with random bits and pieces. The room itself was nice but I was baffled by the paint splatters all around the edges of the floor. It just looks shabby and absolutely not reflective of the price. The room was reasonably clean to be fair. I’m unsure how the historical reviews give the marks they do - our experience was very different.
Super séjour dans cet hôtel très confortable au milieu des montagnes du parc avatar. 5mn à pied de l'entrée du parc. Les chambres sont très grandes et il y a à disposition un petit sèche chaussures très pratique car il pleut souvent ici. Petit déjeuner continental excellent. Je recommande vivement.
Супер любезный и эмпатичный персонал, буквально решающий любые проблемы. Наш рейс отложили на несколько часов, и нам любезно предложили расположиться на диванчике ресепшн после времени выселения, поскольку свободных номеров не оказалось, и предоставили бесплатную воду. До приезда менеджер заранее связалась, забронировала все билеты на время пребывания, а персонал на ресепшн подробно на карте показал все маршруты для быстрой ориентации на местности. Сам отель чудесный, располагает к релаксу: утренний бассейн, свежий кофе с круассаном на балкончике с видом на горы, неспешная прогулка по рисовым террасам-это очень классная обстановка для перезагрузки. В плане быта тоже отлично: в номере все необходимое, включая чай/кофе, халаты и тапочки, стиральная машина и даже бильярд для вечернего досуга. Завтраки также отличные (хоть тут многие пишут, что скудноваты, но мы не притязательные туристы). Желаю отелю развиваться и отличных туристов побольше🙏

obsługa nie mowi w jezyku angielskim, obiekt bardzo zaniedbany, choc ma duży potencjał, wygląda jakby ktoś go wybudował i o nim zapomniał 🙃
Ужасный опыт. Отель совершенно не соответствует своей цене и заявленному уровню.
За такие деньги мы ожидали хотя бы элементарного комфорта и нормального сервиса, но получили полное разочарование. В номере был неприятный запах, что уже с самого начала испортило впечатление. При обращении с проблемой ожидали нормальной реакции и решения вопроса, но в целом сервис оставил крайне негативное впечатление.
Особенно неприятно, когда после долгой дороги с детьми вместо отдыха приходится сталкиваться с такими проблемами. Отель позиционирует себя как хороший и комфортный, но на практике впечатление совершенно противоположное.
Цена абсолютно не соответствует качеству. Мы заплатили немалые деньги и совершенно не получили того уровня проживания, который должны были получить.
Руководству действительно стоит обратить внимание на состояние номеров, работу персонала и отношение к гостям. Это не тот уровень сервиса, который ожидаешь от отеля такой категории.
Не рекомендую этот отель и точно не вернусь сюда снова. Очень жаль потраченных денег и времени.
Отель находится в тихом уютном месте, рядом с одним из входов в национальный парк. Очень удобно идти на все экскурсии.
В ресторане отеля повар очень хорошо готовит европейскую еду и стейки и пасту.
Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал.
После трех дней пребывания последующие два вынуждено нужно было переезжать в другие номера, потому что эти были заняты, что было очень неудобно. В первый же день пребывания попросил вернуть оплату за 4 и 5 сутки - ответили категорическим отказом, что говорит о желании заработать, а не создать комфортные условия гостям.
На один из дней выпал день рождения девушки - заранее договорились, что украсят номер шариками, цветами и поставят тортик. По факту - лежало пирожное в пластмассовой упаковке и одна розочка. Очень очень разочаровали своим пренебрежительным отношением!!!

A 500 metri dall'ingresso del parco, ideale per chi vuole stare nella natura e con un accesso pratico e veloce al parco. Personale super gentile e disponibile, bella piscina e area relax, ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni per chi si accontenta di posti buoni ma semplici. Camera enorme

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und rührig. Hat sich gut gekümmert und bei Buchungen unterstützt.
Die Bilder versprechen mehr, als man letztlich bekommt. Kleinigkeiten. Schlechte Instandhaltung an vielen Ecken. Am Pool nur drei Plastikliegen ohne Auflage. Preis für das, was man geboten bekommt zu hoch.
De lokatie op 10 minuten lopen van de Middle Gate van het Forest Park.
Het ontbijt was ook prima.

In een levendig straatje met veel eet opties, bbq op straat en massage/pedicure vlakbij.
Fantastic location, right next to the Zhangjiajie NP (5min walking distance), 30-40mins away from the other main activities in the region (Tianmen mountain, canyon glass bridge, etc.) and away from the main city, slightly uphill.
The hotel isn’t brand new any more but it’s still well maintained and looks very cosy. Less than 20 rooms, so feels like a boutique hotel.
Facilities were good: pool table (brand new), pool, arcade games, washing machines.
And finally very helpful staff, especially wrt booking activities around. Easy to book through them ahead of your trip
The only thing i’d mention is the cleanliness of the swimming pool, which didn’t prevent us from swimming every day though. But it had lots of algae, which is kind of expected given the high temperatures we had at the time of our stay in July

Виды- восторг (когда нет облаков).
Персонал очень старается. Общение через переводчик. Но ребята большие молодцы.
Бесплатный трансфер от и до аэропорта.
Завтрак на 3 с минусом из 5. Но в целом фрукты есть, яичница есть, овощи, сосиски, бекон… просто мы это все не едим))
Поужинать здесь тоже можно, но ценник какой-то космический. Пицца размороженная. Но крем-супы очень даже ничего.
Напротив есть кафешка, с виду ну такое себе, ели там дамплинги. Голодными не были, но….
В остальном отель отличный, если не считать питание. Бассейн классный.
Рядом ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО погуляйте по рисовым террасам. На меня они даже бОльшее впечатление произвели, чем горы.
Кстати, все билеты - через отель бронируются. Очень удобно. Девочки сами написали в вотс ап и все забронировали.
First of all, great location! 5 minutes walk to the entry of the park (Middle gate), which is the best entrance, not the most popular and so there are no crowds. We enter on Friday at 15.00 and Saturday at 07.30 and we were basically alone at the entrence and on the transfer bus. The hotel staff will help you plan a convenient route through the park and offer a free transfer from and to the train station.
There are stunning rice fields next to the hotel. where you can take a sunset walk after visiting the park.
There are too many compatriots, which we try to avoid when traveling. But that's not the hotel's problem :)
