My stay was memorable, with the most beautiful views and amazing staff to compliment the beautiful property!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and accomodating. The property was clean, neat and tidy and everything placed in an orderly manner. The staff made sure we had everything we needed including tickets for each attraction, providing rides to and from the airport and train station, and were always eager and happy to help.

Was fantastic stay.
Pros:

Staff super friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was good and set us up for day. Quite area n peaceful , near mid gate entrance to NP (only 5 min walk away) Room was clean n comfortable. TV only chinese so bring some entrainment or book to read or enjoy the peaceful surroundings .
Didi to town not to far and shuttle from n too train station made stay more easy n enjoyable.

Cons:

Drain in room was bit smelly at times but okay.

Zimmerfenster (versteckt hinter dem Vorhang) wurde nach dem Zimmerservice nicht geschlossen. Bei <10 Grad war die Nacht entsprechend unangenehm

I loved my stay here
Pros:

It was close to the gate of the national park, just 5 minutes walking and our room was stunning, with nice views of the mountain. Staff was very helpful and always contactable. There was also complimentary transfer which was quite nice as well as washing machine available at all times and the rooms come with laundry detergent.

Would definitely come again.
Pros:

We loved the location, views, cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were lovely, proactive and made it very easy to organise tours and tickets around Zhangjiajie.
