Pros:

Everything from the check-in process to the room's cleanliness, the tasty breakfast, and the exceptional assistance from Sabi and Maria regarding the facilities and attractions in Florence. If we decide to return to this fantastic city, we’ll choose Hotel Angelica Firenze as our stay and recommend it to family and friends.

Cons:

The only suggestion I have is to position the plug inlets differently from the back of the beds.

location, very close to train station, breakfast was great, lift for luggage , staff is great, recommendation for dinner at matto matto was great even gave us 10% discount for staying at this hotel. will return

Pros:

I was there with my family. I really enjoyed the stay. The host (the lady from Georgia) was very kind and welcoming. The location was perfect close to the train station and few minutes walk to the center. I would strongly recommend this hotel
