Der Chef und seine Angestellten waren sehr nett und höflich. Das Essen war super lecker und die Desertvariation war genial !!!

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Radfernweg, die Räder stehen gut gesichert in einer Garage. Das Abendessen war sehr schmackhaft und reichlich, das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse in der Auswahl ausreichend, der Kaffee war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Treppe zu unserem Zimmer war eine enge Wendeltreppe ohne Handlauf, für mich beschwerlich zu gehen.

Rapporto prezzo-posizione rispetto ai punti disinteresse come impianti di risalita e località (Vipiteno e altre località meritevoli di esser viste)

La poca cura verso il Cliente da parte di alcune figure lavorative: disattente in merito ai servizi dati
e nel metodo di gestione, occasionale e trascurata
Un lavoro svolto con discutibile attenzione e scarsa premura, da una parte per mancanza di espressa professionalità e dall'altra per ridotta sia voglia sia passione. Quest'ultima all'apparenza determinata
da stanchezza sia fisica e sia mentale, recuperabile con un adeguamento e attenzione verso il personale

Das Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant war in Ordnung. Die bestellten Speisen – Pizza und Spaghetti – waren lecker und gut zubereitet.

Enttäuschende Durchreise – Preis-Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht

Wir haben im Rahmen unserer Durchreise eine Nacht im Hotel Residence Lorenz verbracht und waren leider enttäuscht.

Das Appartement:
Das uns zugewiesene Appartement ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte abgewohnt. Für eine einfache Übernachtung auf der Durchreise war es zwar funktional, aber der verlangte Preis war dafür unserer Meinung nach viel zu hoch und keinesfalls gerechtfertigt. Hier besteht dringender Renovierungsbedarf.

Service und Gastfreundschaft:
Der Besitzer trat sehr muffelig auf. Von der typischen Südtiroler Gastfreundschaft war leider nichts zu spüren. Er sollte seinen Dienstleistungsgedanken dringend überdenken, da man als Gast das Gefühl hatte, eher zu stören.

Restaurant (Gemischte Gefühle):
Ein massives Manko war jedoch der extreme Geruch nach altem Frittenfett, der im gesamten Bereich und leider auch im Eingangsbereich des Hotels hing. Unsere Kleidung roch danach unangenehm, was sehr störend war.

Fazit:
Aufgrund des überhöhten Preises für eine veraltete Unterkunft, des mangelhaften Services und der Geruchsbelästigung im Restaurantbereich, ist das Hotel Residence Lorenz für uns keine Reise mehr wert. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise suchen wir zukünftig definitiv eine Alternative mit besserem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und freundlicherem Personal.
