Pros:

Die Ausstattung und das Design im ganzen Boutique Hotel und den Zimmern sind fantastisch. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Lage, gleich neben der grossartigen Kathedrale und der weltbekannten Bodega Tío Pepe (Gonzales Byass) und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Einzig der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist sehr klein und zu wenig tief um zu Schwimmen.

Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifiquement décoré. Il est très bien situé à côté de la cathédrale. Vous pouvez vous déplacer à pied pour visiter le centre historique. Vous pouvez trouver aisément des places pour votre véhicule. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l’hôtel. Sur le roof top des chaises longues sont mises à dispo autour de la petite piscine avec une vue imprenable sur la cathédrale. La literie de cet hôtel est une merveille . Le personnel est très gentil. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien également, les mets sont délicieux et raffinés tout cela dans un cadre romantique et tranquille.
Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour.

RECOMMENDED FOR AN AUTHENTIC AND UPSCALE EXPERIENCE
Pros:

10 room boutique hotel with friendly staff. Pretty design, good location (center is a 5 minute walk away) in the style of a ryad.

Cons:

A few practical things were missing. We travel with a lot of luggage and closet space was adequate but like if there were some hooks in the room and bathroom. There is plenty of space to add some hooks (back of the doors and in the room). This is merely a suggestion. Light switches are a tad confusing and never figured out how to turn only the reading light by the bed on. With the use of e-readers not so relevant, but what of you wanted to read a book or magazine.
Room service was great. Breakfast was friendly and very good, although get used to most service people not speaking any English in this part of the world, so the translator app came in handy. Restaurant menu looked very good as well, although we never made it upstairs to eat.
Very friendly owner, porter and all staff.

Pros:

The hotel itself was very lovely, with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, particularly when the weather changed unexpectedly and we needed to adjust our plans. Their assistance in that situation was greatly appreciated and made the stay more enjoyable overall.

Cons:

We were disappointed by the handling of a late checkout request. The room availability was confirmed, but the actual late checkout charge was not clearly communicated beforehand and only appeared on the bill at departure. We also felt that some of the later customer service responses were defensive and implied that the charge had been explained at the time, which did not reflect our recollection of events.
Although the hotel later acknowledged this and offered a partial refund, we felt the situation could have been handled more transparently and fairly.
The dispute significantly spoiled the overall experience

Kakerlaken im Zimmer bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel, 500€ die Nacht
Frühstück völlig überteuert. Jede Butter, Marmelade ja sogar jede weitere Tasse Kaffee kostet extra
Rezeptionsdame unterirdisch. Man wird behandelt wie ein Aussätziger
Am Ende noch als Lügner hingestellt, welcher von Anfang an auffällig war.....
Ach ja. Dachterrasse bei besten Wetter, Ende April, winterfest verpackt. Bar am Dach geschlossen
