Schoon, compleet, netjes, rustig, goede loopafstand naar centrum.
Pros:

Schoon, compleet, modern, veilig, rustig gelegen, zeer ruim, uitstekende matrassen.
Vriendelijke en informatieve eigenaar (nier in persoon ontmoet).
Prima loopafstand naar Stolberg centrum.

Cons:

Kledinghaken aan de wand. Eigenaar was blij met die tip. Het was allemaal sowieso pas redelijk nieuw.

Abi logi izgaja uz aklo sētu. Pretim logiem siena. Problematiski novietot automasinu. Piebraukt pie pašas naktsmitnes nav iespejams, jo apkart iet buvnieciba. Iespejams pec remonta darbiem viss bus citādāk.

Cons:

Klimaanlage in zwei Zimmern defekt (Fehler E7); kein WLAN; Fernseher funktionieren nicht; Betten zu klein; Kühlschränke haben nicht gekühlt und waren zu laut. Lage sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, man hat sich nicht sicher gefühlt. Bis nachts war es laut im Innenhof; Innenhof nicht sauber. Aktuell Baustelle, ab 06:30 Uhr wurde es laut.

Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de l'hôte.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés dans la soirée et le lieux était mal indiqué, le quartier n'inspire pas confiance, le ménage était à désirer et la qualité du lit était médiocre, j'ai très mal dormi.

Mooie kamer, verder valt tegen

Mooie moderne inrichting

Cons:

-De ingang was onvindbaar enner kwam géén persoon aan te pas dus moest telefonisch uitgelegd eorden. Zonder die uitleg kan je het echt niet vinden.

-Bleek snachts dat het erg gehorig was in het trappenhuis, ook was er snachts steeds een soort geluid wat we niet konden thuisbrengen (niet de hele tijd)

- Het was helaas 1 grote bouwput voor de deur

-De vermelding bij uitzicht op de site was : uitzicht.....dit blijken de ramen en muren van andere gebouwen dus van uitzicht kan je niet spreken

-Als je een lege mini bar op de kamer zet, maar ook voor het tandenpoetsen zijn een paar glazen toch wel een must!!

-Jammer dat er niet een klein koffieapparaatje was
