Niet echt fijn

Personeel vroeg bij inchecken mijn e-mail. Deze wilde ik niet geven omdat het niet nodig was.

Ik werd voor de keuze gesteld OF e-mail geven OF geen kamer. Ik koos voor geen kamer. Toen ging men toch maar overstag, VOOR DEZE ENE KEER….

Waar staat het in de NL wet of jullie AV dat het verplicht is dit te geven?

Pros:

​Wij hebben een nachtje verbleven in Hotel Otium en hebben een prima ervaring gehad. De kamer was erg mooi ingericht, hartstikke schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral de douche was heerlijk! Wel vonden we de kamers wat gehorig, wat een klein minpuntje was voor de nachtrust.
​Bij aankomst werden we prettig ontvangen, al vonden we de borg van €150,- aan de hoge kant voor één overnachting.
​Het ontbijt was prima en er was ruim voldoende keuze. Hoewel het erg lekker was, vonden we het qua variatie en aanbod niet te vergelijken met bijvoorbeeld een Van der Valk. De pannenkoekmachine was overigens een grote hit bij de kinderen!
​Pluspunten:
​Direct naast Designer Outlet Roosendaal (Rosada), ideaal voor shoppers.
​Binnendoor toegang naar Jack's Casino.
​Parkeertip: Je kunt bij het hotel parkeren voor €9,50, maar op 100 meter afstand is een gratis parkeerterrein.

Pros:

Mooie grote kamer met bubbelbad en inloopdouche! Koffie en lekkere badproducten, mooi zicht op vijver en spa. Prachtige locatie.

Cons:

Er mocht ook water of ander drankje beschikbaar zijn.Tissues ook niet aanwezig. Bij ontbijt dachten wij dat je kamernummer moest nemen en zo zaten wij met 3 aan klein tafeltje -> mocht duidelijker. Geen chocomelk bij ontbijt. Lichtje spiegel kon niet uit en stoorde s nachts.

Excellent spa hotel
Pros:

The location was ideal for a stopover on a car journey, which is what we wanted. I don't know about anything near the hotel as we did not explore outside. The wellness centre/spa was exceptional and accessed from within the hotel which was excellent and they offered evening membership which suited us and meant we did not have to pay for the whole day. There is a large public carpark in front of the hotel but we paid extra to use a small private, gated, car park around the back. The toilet was separate to the bathroom which we prefer.

Cons:

A minor annoyance but only very minor - the washbasin was outside the shower but within the bedroom (separated by a screen of sorts) but still in the bedroom area.
