Was not a good experience from the start, was greeted by unfriendly receptionist and the owner was also there and without greeting the guest he says but my booking was for a 1 year and 2 year old when I selected the correct age group for my boys. There was not hot water that afternoon and when they came up the maintenance guy rhats the temperature and cannot be changed. All of us had a luke warm shower as the only reason we booked because our area had a power outage from Saturday evening.
The next morning the water temperature was probably a few degrees warmer and after showering we proceeded to go for breakfast at 7am and the kitchen staff only came through around 7:30..... options were limited so my boys had cereal before school, after breakfast my wife went back up as check out was at 10am...... the staff then came up and banged on our door for payment and tried opening the door...... unprofessional and pathetic service from this hotel. I then ordered a toasted cheese and tomato and I had to collect because rhis hotel charges R30 to deliver, so I went downstairs to fetch as ask the person a few times if that was a toasted cheese and tomato and they agreed.... but when I took a bite there was bacon in the sandwich and this goes against my beliefs of what I consume..... overall bad service and untrained owner and staff running this hotel

.Koude douche, lawaai op de gang. Wat mij opviel dat ze niet eens reageren op een email naar hun gericht over uur van aankomst.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war recht unfreundlich und hat sich nicht sonderlich Mühe gegeben, auf unsere Fragen oder Wünsche einzugehen.
Sie Bettwäsche war außerdem leider dreckig und im Mülleimer waren noch Kondome vom vorherigen Gast.
The location was great
The aircon wasn't working, the balcony doors has a gap on the bottom so the wind got inside. The wall of the rooms are not soundproof so I could hear people from next door and footsteps on the hallway. The complimentary breakfast was awful and cold. The extra blankets provided smelled terrible.
