Gestionado por una familia encantadora que se preocupan porque tú estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Limpio y espacioso. Sin problemas de aparcamiento Desayuno suficiente. Muy tranquilo

Alejado de Dilijan lo que obliga a coger siempre el coche. No hay restaurantes cerca.

Отель новый. Симпатичные номера с претензией на дизайн.
Под балконом гуляют милые ослики. Вокруг горы, красивые пейзажи.

Cons:

-Забронирован был делюкс. При заселении, когда мы сказали, что предоставленная комната не является делюксом, сотрудница (сидя в кресле с поджатой ногой) с ровным цветом лица сказала, что это делюкс. "Вы еще не делюкс не видели". Когда мы съезжали, сотрудники признали ошибку (то есть кто-то проживал в нашем делюксе), не взяли плату за кофе и вручили бутылку дешевого вина, с которой мы таскались целый день.
-Ряд мелочей, на которые ты не обращаешь внимание, потому что привык, что они есть в нормальных отелях:
-отсутствие плана эвакуации и огнетушителя,
-на кровати отсутствует подобие покрывала (то есть человек заходит и должен сумки/рюкзаки класть на постель - стул в номере был, но на балконе).
-в номере был только чайник. Чашки и чайные пакетики выдали по запросу.
-в душевой кабинке отсутствует полочка для косметики. Да, там есть дозаторы с шампунем и гелем, но если хочешь чем-то своим попользоваться, надо ставить на пол.
- нет полотенца для ног. Как правило, в отеле выдают полотенце для лица/рук, для тела и для ног.
-на балконе не работало освещение.
-балкон выходит на парковку, заброшку и кучу кирпичей. Впрочем, деревья немного закрывают эту картину и можно смотреть на горы.
-на завтраке из горячего только сосиски и яйца. Из 5 столиков солонка и салфетки есть только на 1.
- дверь закрывается на ключ, с внутренней стороны отсутствует ограничитель. То есть кто угодно может зайти, как это и произошло в нашем случае. В 12 ночи в наш номер зашел сотрудник. Понятно, что по ошибке, с каждым может случиться, но если бы был ограничитель, этого бы не было.


Итог: отдохнули мы хорошо, в отеле только ночевали, но все же цена не соответствует предоставленным услугам.

The drive-through to the hotel was an adventure, we advised the hotel to send special information about how to get to them without driving on the wrong road (that google maps show).

The hotel is simply wonderful! I really enjoyed the stylish and thoughtful design — every detail creates a special atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent: a wide choice, fresh products, and everything very tasty. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good rest. The staff is welcoming and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!

Lo staff è stato davvero molto cordiale e disponibile.
In più, l'hotel è arredato con gusto e lungo i corridoi e in sala da pranzo sono esposti quadri di artisti locali contemporanei. Molto interessante e ottimo per immergersi nella cultura del luogo!

Super raccomandato
Pros:

Struttura molto carina comprese opere d'arte ineesposizione nei corridoi. Confortevole e con tutto il necessario, compreso nel nostro caso in ampio balcone con vista sulla zona circostante, molto verde.
Staff super, si sono prodigati per aiutarci con diverse incombenze che avevamo da risolvere prima della partenza, parlando in inglese (cosa non scontata in Armenia) con noi e contattando anche persone esterne all'hotel per conto nostro.

Cons:

Se non viaggiate con un mezzo autonomo, la posizione non è comoda per Dilijan, altrimenti sono 10' comodamente in auto.
