Cons:

No había recepción. Solo me abrió la puerta un chico, me cobró en efectivo sin darme ningún recibo, y se fue. No volví a ver a ninguna persona, ni hubo check out. Solo me dijo que al irme dejara la llave dentro. Me dio la clave de wifi por lo menos. No había TV ni secador de pelo.

Cons:

Die Wohnung an sich war in Ordnung, aber es gab einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Wir hatten leider keinen Balkon, was wir uns eigentlich erhofft hatten. Außerdem war die Gastgeberin eher unfreundlich. Eine eigene Waschmaschine stand nicht zur Verfügung und das WLAN hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Schade, denn die Unterkunft selbst ist eigentlich schön, aber diese Dinge haben den Gesamteindruck deutlich verschlechtert.

New apartment in Sarande
Pros:

Clean brand new structure. Many rooms are located in an independent building. Google Maps location was incorrect. They have a small board on top for thr apartments. It's a steep climb though short distance from the bus station and the promenade.

Big double bed. Comfortable mattress. 2 pillows and blankets. Cupboard and mini fridge. But no hot plate, electric kettle or microwave oven. Clean bathroom with good hot water and strong pressure.

Supermarket, pizza restaurant, cafe bar and a vegan place (amazing) all located within 5 mins.

Boy was present to help with checkin and had good English.

Cons:

The boy who helped me to carry my heavy bags I gave him 100 leke as thanks. He started telling why you are giving me this, did you find this on the road? Bro atleast be grateful to clients. It's strange that when you help people they are rude to you. Especially in the most popular tourist place of Albania!

Apartment feels a bit like a hospital with all white lights and no paintings or things. Could use an interior designer. Or mural artist. If I remember correctly, there is no chair or table in the room.

Price of 3000 leke was on higher side for off season. Could have been 2500 leke considering location and empty apartments.

Needs more signs on roads leading up to apartment from bus station.

Pros:

Good value for that price. It was clean and there were no problems with the hosts.

Location is not the best. There was strange smell on the ground floor and facilities were poor.

Pros:

Locația excelentă, la 5 min de mers pe jos de faleză, plajă, centrul de distractii, restaurante, terase, baruri. La 10 min de feriboturile care pleaca in Corfu. Camera e situată într-o vilă cu mai multe apartamente, e mare, curata, cu tot ce e nevoie, inclusiv balcon.
