快適に泊まれる！
Pros:

場所が地下鉄の駅から近くて便利でベッドの寝心地が良かったです。
窓からの雪景色がとても綺麗でした。
天候などの理由でフライトキャンセルの場合は返金可能とのことで安心して予約できました。

Cons:

夜20時以降はスタッフがいないので電話が繋がらないです。部屋の鍵が1個しかないので別行動は難しいです。

ロケーションがよかった。周辺の駐車場が安くて助かりました。ビジネス利用で、寝に帰るだけなら申し分ない設備でした。

悪臭も寒さも無く快適だったと思います。

帰りがけに少し違和感のある対応を受けましたが、クレームとして伝えるレベルではありませんし、わざわざ評価を下げるほどの事ではありません。
