Would Stay Again in a Heartbeat
Pros:

Prompt, attentive owner. High quality aspects (fixtures, tv, plumbing, towels, linens, etc) and complimentary coffee including decaffeinated ❤️ Patricia has high quality taste and is generous.

Cons:

A bit smaller than expected so limited room for 2 small suitcases.

Pros:

Residence a due passi dal mare (che però non si vede causa selvaggia vegetazione spontanea); nella camera, spaziosa, colpisce l'occhio l'arredamento curato e di gusto. Molto gradito il fornitissimo kit di cortesia che comprende pure caffè e qualche biscottino (ricordiamoci è un residence). Plus importante: possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in tutti gli stalli blu della città!

Cons:

Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma non direi che questa sia la zona migliore di Diamante (centro storico comunque raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi) e, soprattutto per questo, il rapporto qualità/prezzo potrebbe essere migliore

Soggiorno bellissimo e Diamante stupenda
Pros:

La posizione del residenze è ottima, a pochi passi dal mare. Posto tranquillo. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. La signora Patrizia molto cordiale e sempre a disposizione a qualsiasi richiesta.

Cons:

La camera è standard. Ma sarebbe stato meglio se ci fosse stato un terrazzino dove poter asciugare i teli da mare ancora umidi.
