The bed was very scary to lay on, because when you get on the bed it tips over.... The TV buttons were broke so couldn't watch TV

Crime in area and on property

The owners of this hotel are running a scam and exploiting the people who stay there. It is overpriced for its amenities and location and cleanliness. I arrived to a completely different hotel than demonstrated on the booking.com website and the reason why is because the owners advertise three different hotels for one motel. There were bugs everywhere and it's a miracle I didn't come away with bedbugs. The sheets were dirty, there was minimal space and furniture inside the "hotel," and I couldn't close my blinds so people were looking into my window throughout the night. Additionally, at all hours of the night -- which I waited through with my hands folded in prayer and nighstand against the door because it wasn't secure enough -- people could be heard yelling and running past my window. No toilet paper was provided. The grossest and more uncomfortable place I have ever stayed. DO NOT GO HERE. I found other people's property in the room. Unclean and unmanaged. DISGUSTING!

Everything! The staff is rude. The rooms are filthy! Filthy is an understatement! Fresh towels were a dime a dozen! I swept my own room! THESE FOLKS DON'T CARE ABOUT NOTHING AT ALL!

the room had no TV in it and the manager refused to put one in the room and said the reason he was NOT going to put one in is because of the $104.00 rate which is the same rate Booking.com has was not a regular rate of $75.00/night. these rooms are on the crappiest part of Tulsa where the dope heads hang out. A couple of people asked if I wanted to purchase meth before I even made it to the room for the first time. It's the first day of college football and now I have to take a trip downtown which is way out of my way just to watch the games. This place freaking sucks monkey balls big time!!! It's not worth the time, money, and energy you will waste by staying here.

Everything they had roaches bad

Homeless people, prostitution, drugs, etc swarming the property. The hotel had roaches, the carpets turned your feet black, there was writing all over the furniture. I could go on.

Bad management, nasty, blood stains everywhere,ac didn’t work, lights didn’t work, comforter was disgusting, I didn’t even sleep there the 4 nights I booked, went and got new hotel. Asked front desk for money back and haven’t even got a dime back. DISGUSTING/ DISAPPOINTED

It was filthy. It stunk there was trash everywhere. The grass was way overgrown. Low end hookers and drug dealers.
