Amazing host, comfortable room and the best breakfast
Pros:

I had everything I needed and more. After a long day of hiking, Debbie made me feel very welcome and instantly at home. The room was very comfortable, the facilities were great and the breakfast was amazing!

Picturesque and remote location a short drive from Barnoldswick.
Pros:

Debbie was a wonderful host and this really is an amazing location! I didn't use the WiFi so can't comment regarding speed/connectivity but I did have a 4G signal/phone signal.

The property is beautifully furnished to the highest standards. There are a range of facilities including a pool table, honesty bar and comfortable lounge with an outstanding view.

Amazing home from home!
Pros:

Debbie is a fantastic host, you feel very welcome in her home! Facilities are amazing, which unfortunately we didn't have time to utilise fully, like the pool table, dart board and honesty bar! Breakfast is definitely worth it!

Just brilliant, loved it.
Pros:

Superb property with amazing views. The room was excellent as were the communal areas, wow. Our host Debbie was exceptional, so helpful, if giving her the score of 11 I would, so customer focused. I’m definitely going to be going back in the near future. A gem of a place.
