Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, das war sehr ruhig. Smart-TV, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle Kühlschrank und etwas Geschirr vorhanden. Sehr schönes Bad, alles sehr sauber.
Es gibt keine Rezeption, Check-In über QR Code an der Tür funktioniert super, alles lässt sich dann übers Handy öffnen.
Parken ist im Parkhaus vom Einkaufscenter problemlos möglich für 7 Euro pro 24 Stunden, geöffnet von 07-22 Uhr, Ausfahrt ist aber immer möglich.

Cons:

Infos über Booking.com waren etwas uneindeutig. Konnten wir dann über ein Telefonat mit dem Hotel schnell klären.

The stay was good. The location is super with connections to the trains stations.
Pros:

There is no breakfast. The Location is super with nearby train stations and a big bus station to connect you to wherever you want to go. With the exception of the online check in systems which is trick at first time, others were ok

Perfect stay in Hamburg
Pros:

The place is nearby to a U-bahn station which is the nearest one & S-bahn bit further but both walkable. It's close by to restaurants & REWE. The place was very clean, spacious with all facilities needed. We stayed for 2 nights and three days and I would recommend anyone for visit Hamburg

Cons:

Instructions were not clear enough for check-in also the same with others. The place is mostly automated to check-in by self adding information to their reservation form which was received on mail but I didn't fill up. I was helped instantly doing a quick call to support.

Lift was out of service and our room was on 4th/5th floor which was a bit of hassle to go via stairs always. Otherwise everything was perfect

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would gladly come back again.
Pros:

Everything was great, especially the modern smart apartment concept and the very comfortable bed. The room was very clean, well-designed, and equipped with nice technologies that the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only small things I missed were coffee in the room and a cereal bowl for breakfast. Unfortunately, the elevator was also not working when I arrived, but apart from that everything was really nice.

Top Preis Leistung würde ich immer wieder Buchen.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage , kleine Küche , Smart TV , Kühlschrank gerade top bei warmen Wetter. Sehr sauber.

Die Umgebung ist regelrecht gruselig. nie Wieder!!!
Pros:

Alles lässt sich digital steuern. Das ist praktisch und wenn man den Dreh raus hat auch schnell und sicher.

Cons:

Der Kundenservice existiert nicht. Auf meine anfragen wurde garnicht reagiert. Bei wichtigen Dingen gibt es niemanden der weiter helfen kann.

sauberes Hotel, unkomplizierter digitaler Check-In und Check-Out, Zimmer im EG nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und das Bad war groß. Die Lage ist auch gut für Hamburg, es ist ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wie U- und S-Bahn, die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels befinden, auch in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 1, welches sich im EG befand, in der Nähe des Restaurants im Gebäude. Es gab eine kleine Außenterrasse, direkt vor dem Zimmer, die auch vom Personal des Restaurants für Pausen genutzt wurde. Somit hat man im Zimmer alle Gespräche gehört. Da sich das Restaurant fast neben dem Zimmer befindet, zogen auch die Essensgerüche extrem in das Zimmer und es hat sehr stark gerochen.

Modernes, ruhiges Zimmer modernes Haus. Grosses Bad und Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle.
Sehr sauber. Einzelbett bequem. Lage zentral mitten in der Stadt, Nähe Busbahnhof und S-Bahn Wandsbek Markt.

Cons:

Kein Personal vor Ort, da Apparthotel. Alles wird per eigenem Handy gesteuert wie Türöffnungen, Fahrstuhlbenutzung.. kein Zimmersafe.
