They kept my money for a room I never used
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The location on Booking.com is wrong: the map pin is 110 m from the real property. I cancelled the same day, before any stay. The owner refused a refund, then stopped answering me and Booking.com. Two weeks later: no room, no refund. Do not prepay here.

The owners are so helpful, kind and sweet! The location is amazing right begind Art Ubud Market
Huge room with all the facilities. Super affordable menu in the hotel for food. Always someone available at reception to help, I stayed for more than a week and my room was cleaned on time and everything was just great. I also used their laundry services which was great

Incredible! Comfortable, peaceful, super location , terrific wifi- my favorite homestay in Ubud
Pros:

I liked everything!!! I've stayed in many places in Ubud (and in Bali) and this is my favorite place! The bed and the pillows are incredible and the room is spacious, very comfortable and clean. Great shower too. Always nice warm water and Karma house is just so nice and peaceful. Wonderful wifi too. My room has it's own wifi router(!))- so yeah also the best wifi I've experienced in Bali. And I have a nice desk and a fridge and the wonderful owners helped me get a gallon of water. It's full service. Breakfast is yummy too and I love the privacy of my room. The location is also perfect for me. It's super close to the shops and the hustle and bustle and when you enter Karma house it's like an oasis of peace and silence, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Wayan, her husband (the owners) and Parni (the cleaning lady) are incredible. I just feel at home. We communicate easily and they help me with anything and let me be otherwise, which is absolutely perfect for me.

足りないものがあったりしても
すぐに対応してくれた
朝ごはんもおいしかった

朝はニワトリや鳥の声で目が覚め
素敵なBGMでした。

お部屋は清潔感があり
クーラーもよくきいていました。

2階のバルコニー付きの部屋は
人目もきにならず
非常に気持ちよかったです。
とまるなら2階がおすすめです。

テラスの掃き出し窓が少し空いていたら
帰ったら猫が入っていました🐈（笑）
きっちりしめて外出してください。
これは可愛かったのですが
びっくりしました😆

マーケットが近いので
お土産や、現地で着たい服の
調達には便利でした。

４日間おせわになりました♡
ありがとうございました😊

ただ一つバスマットは
タオルのように毎回綺麗なものがほしい
玄関マットみたいなものが
バスルームの外にあったのですが
清潔とは思えず
ちょっとつかえなかった。


マーケットをぬけた入り組んだ場所にあるので、スーツケースを持って少し歩かないといけない。体が不自由な方は
それは考慮して
選んだほうがよいかもしれない。
健康に歩ける方は問題ないです。
