I do not recommend this place at all!
Pros:

Proximity to the City.

Cons:

- The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There were food splatters on the curtains, brown residue in the sink, and dust in several areas.

- The bed had a doona (duvet) with what appeared to be menstrual blood stains from a previous guest.

- I was informed that housekeeping would clean the room after three days. Despite requesting this on three separate occasions, the staff continually failed to follow through—and at times were dismissive or even rude when I followed up.

- I stayed for an entire week, and my room was never cleaned. In the end, I had to request clean sheets and change the bedding myself, which is completely unacceptable given the situation.

- The room was very noisy. I could clearly hear conversations and screams and other noises from the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. I may have been unlucky with the location of my room, but the noise insulation was clearly inadequate.
