Clean and modern apartment complex. Very friendly helpful staff. 10 walk to tram for access to city. Parking available on site or on street. There are shops (REWE) and restaurants nearby.

mooi appartement, prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Hannover.
Pros:

De kamer was heel ruim, met uitstekende voorzieningen. Er was eigen parkeermogelijkheid en er waren andere diensten beschikbaar.

Cons:

De inrichting was sober. We misten een beetje de persoonlijke benadering.

Great value and comfort, minor check-in hiccup
Pros:

Large, modern and clean room with a functional kitchenette. Well-designed concept and perfect for a business trip lasting several days.

Cons:

Check-in is generally automated and well thought out, but it turned out to be complicated here on site: as the check-in machine was broken, I received a (very friendly) phone call in advance and probably also a separate email with access data. I couldn't find this specific email on site, and it took a while to reach someone by phone. It would be much easier if all correspondence were handled via the booking platform – especially if you travel a lot and have to keep track of multiple bookings.
