Se tem problema com escada não vá.

A limpeza do quarto é a simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Quarta barulhento, na beira da pista. Só tem escada e com muitos degraus pra subir com as malas. Café da manhã sem variação, com pouquíssimas opções. Pra quem. Passa mais de 1 dia, toma o mesmo café da manhã todos os dias. Travesseiros desconfortáveis.

Lugar prático com o básico para quem passa o dia fora e por um período curto.
Pros:

Gostei muito da gentileza das funcionárias! São muito simpáticas e atenciosas. A localização no bairro é ótimo!

Cons:

Acomodação simples, não tinha lençol de baixo com elástico. Travesseiro não eram muito bons. Sem janela no quarto, o que não estava claro no aluguel.

Experiência razoável
Pros:

A cama e o chuveiro são confortáveis, o quarto estava limpo e a teve tem opção ampla de acesso. O atendimento foi bom também!

Cons:

Dos quartos dá para ouvir todas as conversas dos quartos ao lado, do corredor, além dos barulhos da rua! O que acaba atrapalhando muito para dormir.
