Nothing wrong with the hotel per se. I did not have a chance to see a room because when I got there they told me they did not have a room available so I had to find another hotel on the spot.
Apart from the fact that they did not give me a room, the hotel manager was quite rude and did not offer any support. He just said it was booking.com fault (which evidently was not) and washed his hands of the whole thing. I found another accommodation on my own 30 minutes walk from there. The morning after I saw that they did though charge my credit card for the full 5 days even if they did not accommodate me. I had to go back there and it took me another hour to have them refund me (after calling bookin.com customer service, who by the way are of great support). Very bad experience. Hotel to avoid at all costs.

Location and staff and clean. but not up to level. Location is good nearby services.
Wi-Fi is slow and the room rate are high also no direct website to book. booking are not showing all type of rooms in this hotel.
The hotel is a cheater that steals your money. Booked a room there. One day before my stay the hotel calls me and informs about the problem with climate control, so no stay is possible. I have to go to another hotel and pay there. Upon my return i see that Ferdi Lilly charged my credit card, though I didn't stay there upon their request. Since then the hotel does not respond either my messages or the messages of Booking customer service. Definitely a cheater and will be reported to the police to get the money back.
Friendly staff and fairly well priced hotel
Location was not to my liking with no shops close by. Meals were also not to my liking
the hotel and staff were incredibly caring and polite. They were very attentive during my stay. If I come again, I will definitely stay at the hotel again.
