The area is good.
It says it’s a two bedroom apartment and they charge for this but it is not- the second bed leads straight onto the kitchen/ living area, there is no door or even a curtain for any privacy, so it cannot be used. My daughter was supposed to join but cancelled her trip because of this.
The owners of the apartment hassled us for a ‘parking fob’ that they hadn’t given us ( we had no car) - even when we told them we wanted to rest as we were jet lagged.

Fabulous pool area open 10am - 8pm with a lifeguard and lots of shade or sun areas. Spacious, modern apartment, the photos don't do it justice! Comfy beds, lovely bathrooms, it has everything you need - good shampoo and conditioner not tiny rubbish ones, you usually get etc. Just really well thought out and the little extras all make a difference when you first arrive particularly.
The only thing was the trollies provided for transporting shopping were v difficult to move - a minor issue though
Location and apartment size
My experience with Pure Voyage has been nothing short of a nightmare. We booked a two-bedroom apartment well in advance, only to have our reservation changed to a different location without any prior notice or explanation. This switch was completely unacceptable and not what we agreed upon.
To add insult to injury, despite booking a two-bedroom apartment, they only provided us with one key. Multiple requests for an additional key were met with utter disregard and no resolution was offered. This lack of basic customer service and accommodation is appalling.
Furthermore, communication with Pure Voyage via the booking chat was abysmal. Messages went unanswered for days, and the responses we did receive were unhelpful and showed a complete lack of regard for customer concerns. It's as if they have no interest in maintaining communication once they've secured payment.
Moreover, the conditions of the building are deplorable. The elevators are consistently dirty and emit a foul odor. Shockingly, there is frequently dog urine in both the elevators and in front of the main entrance, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant environment for residents and visitors alike.
Adding insult to injury, after leaving a truthful review on Google Maps about our experience, Pure Voyage had the audacity to ask us to remove it. Their disrespectful response to our legitimate feedback further demonstrates their disregard for customer satisfaction and transparency.
Overall, my experience with Pure Voyage has been deeply disappointing. Their incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disrespect towards customers are reasons enough to steer clear of this company. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable leasing agency.
The only positive aspects of the apartment were its location, size, and view.
I do not recommend staying with Pure Voyages for the following reasons:
1. My initial request was for an apartment in the building across from Harris Theatre. Two weeks before my trip, I received the address of a different building, which was a three-minute drive away. When I raised this issue, I was informed that the original building had no availability and that I had already been charged, making it too late to find an alternative.
2. The customer service was inadequate. They were slow to respond to messages on Booking.com.
3. The building had numerous large dogs, and it smelled unpleasant. On two occasions, I stepped into dog waste in the elevator.
4. The apartment was not properly cleaned. It contained used items from previous occupants, such as paper towels, toilet paper, spices, and laundry detergents. I had to clean the apartment myself immediately upon arrival. The bedsheets felt unclean and some shelves in the cabinets were broken.
5. Additionally, my father also stayed in another apartment managed by Pure Voyage and repeatedly requested a second key as they only gave him 1 key for 2 bedroom apartment, which was never provided before his departure.
6. My sister posted a review on Google about the cleanliness issues we encountered, I was contacted by Pure Voyage and asked to remove the review and post it on Booking.com or their company website instead which made no sense since the review was talking also about the building cleanliness.
I was taken aback by this approach, as I expected an apology or a resolution to the issues I faced. This was not my first time staying in a furnished apartment in the United States, and my previous experiences have always been positive with excellent customer service. However, my experience with Pure Voyage was the worst.
