Rooms are good and location is also accessible but the staff needs better training and they need to work on their servic

Cons:

Staff weren’t ready to give me bill for the stay. They said they couldn’t because I booked from booking.com. They didn’t know that Booking is only a facilitator unlike MMT which actually charges and hence bills to the customer directly. On booking, the payment is done directly to the hotel and hence they should be providing the bill to the customer directly. Also they over promised for three breakfast in the morning, said they will give it in 15 minutes but took 1 hour, because of which I got late for my work. Eventually I left the food midway and left.
