Cons:

La insonorización, una estafa. Arriba está el restaurante, nada de silencio. Se escuchan pisadas fuertes todo el tiempo.

Limpeza, café da manhã, ótimo atendimento dos funcionários

Cons:

Mal cheiro no estacionamento, goteiras de água nas dependências e os guarda corpos de madeira na piscina colocando em risco os hóspedes. Localização tbm longe de tudo.

Nuestra experiencia en Zielo Hotel fue excelente, principalmente gracias a la calidez y amabilidad de todo el personal. Viajamos con un bebé, y desde el primer momento estuvieron muy atentos a nuestra situación, lo cual valoramos muchísimo.

Queremos destacar especialmente la predisposición del equipo: ante un inconveniente con la temperatura de la habitación, tanto el personal de mantenimiento como el de recepción hicieron todo lo posible por ayudarnos. Incluso se ofrecieron a buscarnos un calentador y estuvieron pendientes de que estuviéramos cómodos en todo momento. Ese nivel de atención realmente marca la diferencia y hace que uno se sienta bien cuidado.

Cons:

Más que algo negativo, sugeriría revisar el control de la temperatura en las habitaciones, ya que al llegar se encontraba bastante fría. De todas formas, el personal actuó rápidamente para asistirnos y buscar una solución.
