The location was perfect - across from the Shopping Mall.
General cleaning of the property was not good. .............
Full open kitchen and washing machine. Underground parking spacious and easy. Building entry by card s convenient.
Nila was waiting for us at the highrise's entrance. She kindly showed us everything in the newly renovated apartment including how to use the air conditioner, dishwasher and washer/dryer. We opted to pay the extra $10/day indoor fully-secured garage, although the neighboorhood is nice. The concrete construction muffles most noises with the exception of the occasional bark from the neighbor's dog.
We didn't have any dish towels or soap, the pillows were not good (we bought our own)
We also had a broken bedroom closet door which the manager had reported to the powers that be.
We had no TV service for 5 days, Telus did come in and repair on our last day there.
The patio doors were filthy altho the suite itself was quite clean
We feel it is the responsibility of the onsite manager to ensure everything is in proper working order before a guest arrives in order to provide a seamless stay.

we were melting as we were unable to turn off the heating vents. We did have fans in the suite but could not sleep at night.
They have kindly offered us another room while they attend to the issue as wee are scheduled to stay with them again.

convenient to metrotown and the skytrain if you no vehicle privacy weight room onsite manager never met us at the front door just talked thru intercom and gave us instructions and door code # thru intercom which wasnt very secure difficult understanding Nila due to lack of english skills and more importantly not meeting us in person we did give her ample time to meet us at the property as well once we arrived at the airport. Overall once we figured everything out we would stay there again
This is not a hotel - it is a sub-par Airbnb service that uses terrible advertising practices. After you reserve, they send you a weird email where they would like you to double-confirm all of your information again. They want you to upload your credit card pictures, front and back, and your photo identification. Isn't this already all handled on the hotels.com site? Why ask for it again? Every email you receive is from a different person. Their grammar and spelling is strange - I don't think they are based in North America at all. I booked a room for my 75-year-old mother, and they completely ruined her arrival. They give you THREE phone numbers for their contact information. One is Whatsapp only, one is a voice line that nobody answers, and I didn't try the third. My mother texted the Whatsapp number and she said someone would reply soon. NO reply. Then she called - couldn't get a hold of anyone. These hurtful people left my mother waiting AT NIGHT, ALONE, in front of their property for over two hours. I can't tell you how angry I was. Then? The air-conditioning wasn't working! They said they would fix it - they did not. My mother LEFT THIS PROPERTY EARLY because they were so terrible - we checked her in to a real hotel. We still had two nights on the reservation but I feared for my mother's safety. Please be careful and DO NOT reserve this property.

Horrible from beginning to end.
Little to no communication with local staff,
All furniture is uncomfortable. Beds are hard! Teenagers had backache after 1 night - still had 2 more to go. Not a hide abed- flip down.... should not even be consindered as part of sleeping furniture!
No cable,(wasn’t working and informed staff but was never called back 3 days I was there),No AC, no screens on widows or patio slide, no ventilation! Hot, uncomfortable nights. Had asked for phone # of local staff in case of emergency, she was supposed to bring me linens for fold down- 2 hrs (after 10:15 pm) later I called- she forgot- then asked me if I really needed it! There was 3 of us in this room. 1 bath towel/person, 1 hand towel and 1 facecloth,for 3 women (2teenage girls) for 3.5 days!! Dishes weren’t in cupboard, they were overloaded in the dishwasher! Guess I have to do the dishes if I want to use them! Cupboards, fridge and freezer had other guests food in them.
Just so much wrong with this location- other than the location.
フロントがなく、すべてメールのやり取りのみで部屋を借りるため、クレジットカードの番号、セキュリティ番号を求められます。はじめは戸惑いましたが、誰にも会わないため、宿泊してみて納得できました。場所はメトロタウンから少し離れていますが、苦になりほどではありませんし、路線バスもあります。アパートは快適で、調味料、洗剤等すべてそろっていますので、到着した日から生活できます。チェックイン、チェックアウトの仕方が変わっていますが、予約後に届くメールにきちんと説明されています。メトロタウンにはT&Tがあり、ちょっとした日本の食材も買うことができます。快適に過ごすことができました。真夜中現地時間の深夜1時にホテル評価の電話が掛かってきたことだけが残念でした。
Walking distance to Metrotown Mall. Clean and very spacious. Amazing Kitchen. Great parking. Close to everything. Felt safe. The check in process was odd but it all worked out.
