We were disappointed with our stay, The furniture was very old, damaged, and cracked. When we arrived, we were not given a key to the cabin. When we asked for one, we were told it was unnecessary for security reasons. This made us feel very unsafe, especially since all of our belongings were inside. We only received a key after insisting.

The cabin also had an ant infestation. Ants were everywhere—on the floor, tables, and throughout the cabin. When we asked for cleaning, we were told that housekeeping is only provided before check-in and after check-out, not during the stay.

Another major issue was the number of cats outside. Every time we opened the door, cats would come into the cabin. My mother is allergic to cats, so this was a serious concern.

There was also a lot of noise outside, making it difficult to relax. The light in our cabin was broken and never fixed.

In addition, there was no phone or any way to contact reception from the cabin. Every time we needed something—even something as simple as tissues—we had to walk all the way to reception, even at night. The path was very dark, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Honestly, I wanted to leave after the first day, but I was traveling with my elderly parents, and moving to another place would have been too difficult for them. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing stays we’ve experienced.

Yorucu bir yurt dışı seyahatinin ardından iki günlük huzurlu bir dinlenme umuduyla bu bungalovu kiraladık. Personelin tutum ve davranışları iyi, kahvaltı ise idare eder düzeyde olsa da temizlik maalesef yetersizdi. Daha da önemlisi, altı yaşındaki oğlum günlerdir bahçedeki havuzda yüzmenin hayalini kuruyordu; ancak —ilanında havuzun ısıtmalı olduğu belirtildiği için burayı kiralamış olmamıza rağmen— muhtemelen evin yüksek bir tepede konumlanmış olması nedeniyle su bir türlü ısınmadı. Havuzun ısıtılmasını talep ettiğimizde ise Sağlık Bakanlığı'nın bakteri üremesini önlemek amacıyla bunu yasakladığına dair anlamsız bir yanıt aldık ve herhangi bir işlem yapılmadı. Sonuç olarak, havuzunu bile kullanamadığımız bir evde boş boş vakit geçirerek hem paramızı hem de zamanımızı boşa harcamış olduk. Büyük bir hayal kırıklığına uğradık; eğer durumu bilseydik, aynı günlük ücret karşılığında düzgün bir havuza sahip, her şey dahil iyi bir 5 yıldızlı otelde kalabilirdik ve oğlum da bu kadar büyük bir hayal kırıklığıyla oradan ayrılmazdı.


(We rented this bungalow hoping for two days of peaceful rest after an exhausting trip abroad. While the staff's attitude and behavior were good and the breakfast was passable, the cleanliness was unfortunately poor. More importantly, my six-year-old son had spent days dreaming of swimming in the garden pool; however, likely because the house is situated high up on a hill, the water never warmed up—even though we had rented the place based on the listing's claim that the pool was heated. We asked for the pool to be heated, but received a nonsensical reply claiming the Ministry of Health had banned it to prevent bacterial growth, and no action was taken. We ended up wasting both our money and our time idling in a house where we couldn't even use the pool.

المسبح بارد جدا في الصيف وطلبناهم يشغلون التدفئه واعتذر ماتشتغل الا شتاء مع ان جوهم بارد ونزل مطر يومين

1-the kitchen not clean and the tools for cooking not good
2-I didn’t like the bathroom
3-the lights problem some lights not working
4-the tissue and garbage place not good
5-the food not perfect but good

كانت برد شوي ف الكوخ يحتاج تدفئه اكثر

Douche catastrophique. Petit déjeuner nul et pas assez d'équipements
