Reasonable prices and very accommodating staff. Manager Mr. Siyad was very helpful over the phone and in person, and his tips helped smooth our visit to munnar during peak season.

Photos are accurate representation of the facilities. Even though we didn't avail the option, we got to know they could arrange jeep rides to nearby attractions as well as camp fire at the grounds.

Wifi is available, which is useful as network in munnar can be spotty.

They don't have an in house kitchen, but there's a few small eateries right next door.

This was the dirtiest stay I have ever experienced. I arrived at the booked time, only to witness a man at the reception shouting at a guest at 12 o'clock. When I inquired about my room, I was told it was ready. However, it was already 2 o'clock, and the room was still not prepared. Despite being assured that all rooms were ready, when my wife and I finally went to our room with our bags, we saw someone on the floor laying a white cloth and wiping it with his feet. Since we were on a trip and wanted to settle in, I told him it was clean enough and asked him to leave. It was then that I noticed the room was completely filthy: the floor and bathroom were full of water, which was splattered everywhere. It was far from a standard room. When I went to the bathroom to shower, there were no toiletries whatsoever – no shampoo, shower gel, or even towels. I went to the reception twice to request towels, which I eventually received. After all this, upon returning home, I discovered that the bed appeared to have been previously used and was simply rearranged. I continued my stay only because I had already paid. The Wi-Fi was completely unusable; despite two visits to the reception, it never worked. They claimed the hotel was full, which they also used as an excuse for the lack of Wi-Fi. The parking situation was also inadequate, with barely enough space for three vehicles. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. If accommodation in Munnar is unavailable, it would be far better to stay elsewhere in a decent place.

Poor Manintenance

Peaceful location where you can enjoy the nature greenery. Helpful staff and room cleanliness.

The host mr siyad was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and staffs were very cooperative and helping nature. Jeep safari was awesome. Definitely gonna recommend to others. Budget friendly.

I liked the balcony and the room so much and it was a variety style and the view from the balcony was amazing
