dream ocean-view-location
Pros:

best location around cape town: it's safe & quiet with a beautiful view on the ocean. room is very large and includes shared pool-deck with sun loungers. very nice host serving a great breakfast each morning. we'll be back, next time for a week or so.

Amazing view and wonderful breakfast from Chris! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Cons:

Only improvement needed would be addition of air conditioning (we stayed during one of the hottest weeks of the season). Also if the pool was heated a bit, it would he more pleasant.

Amazing and highly recommend
Pros:

The room was excellent with a stunning sea-view balcony. The staff were friendly and always available to assist. The breakfasts were delicious.

Der Blick ist gigantisch, die Lage am Meer auf dem Hügel wunderschön.

Cons:

Die Küche war entgegen der Beschreibung wenig ausgefüllt, z.B. gab es lediglich zwei ungleiche Weingläser, Kaffee war entgegen der Beschreibung nicht vorhanden, der Kühlschrank ließ sich nur mit Gewalt schließen.
Der Safe im Schlafzimmer war schon länger defekt ( Batterie ausgelaufen). Im Bad waren lauter Abflussfliegen . Bei Ankunft waren die Liegen am Pool völlig durcheinander, die Sonnenschirme bereits abgebaut, lagen am Rande rum. Hinter dem Gebäude war Müll gesammelt. Morgens um 6/ 6:30 Uhr wurde in der Outdoorküche neben den Zimmern lautstark das Personal in den Arbeitstag eingewiesen- Ausschlafen dadurch nicht möglich. Das Frühstück musste am Abend vorher per Bestellformular angemeldet werden, obwohl inbegriffen. Zudem war die Qualität des Frühstücks schlecht und lieblos.
Gesamteindruck sehr lieblos. Und ist es ein Rätsel wo die vielen positiven Bewertungen herkommen.

Wonderful stay, in a wonderful location
Pros:

This place is lovely. The location is perfect. Stunning views and the grounds are kept very well. Chris was exceptional in his service to us and looked after us very well.
