We requested a ground unit because of a few factors
1) no lifts
2) a lot of luggage (international traveling)
3) back problems
4) toddler
5) elderly
6) also the other person had arm problems so cant lift heavy objects

When asking for the unit I expressed my concerns as it's not a cheap place and I saw the ground units advertised also . They said they can check for me. Never got back to me, I also said we will be coming from the airport, and will be getting in late, so the Gate security gave me a key, this was for the last block deep in, TOP floor... I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction as this was not what we requested.

The tiles in the unit is almost ALL loose , the dining chairs you cant even sit on the cushions it's non existent.

Coffee tee and sugar is put out, not even enough for everyone of one cup, and no "milk".

The dryer inside is broken and torn through some of my clothing...

The aircons was pre set and you could not adjust as needed and was switched on and of automatically as pre programmed and not like you need it.

This was SUPER bad especially for the price we paid!

And not to forget the HEAVY Marijuana smell coming through the aircon and in the hallway! It made is sooo sick, this is NOT okay!

On several occasions, noisy/rowdy tenants were a problem, the 9 pm noise curfew being ineffective. One Saturday night in particular, tenants in the apartment above were shouting/arguing, dragging furniture across the floor and banging doors - this was alarming and went on well into the early hours of Sunday morning despite security intervening. Twice thereafter, tenants from other apartments were noisy. Additionally, staff starting work early in the mornings tended to speak loudly, disrupting our sleep. There was water shedding on three days; only once were we told in advance. While we were informed about the water tank, we filled containers without any offers of help from the staff.

No water tanks or reservoirs in case of water shortage.

Limpeza (os quartos tem muita poeira) não é efetuada devidamente

They put some bag for collecting dirty laundry in front of my room, for the duration of my stay and the laundry was stinking

The furniture needs to have coasters so the can slide easier and more queitly; bcuz it's very loud moving around the chairs on the tile and can be disruptive to those trying to work especially at night.

ベッドがちょい硬いのであまり寝心地は良くなかった。ごみ箱がキッチンに1つしかなく、各部屋にないのが不便。夜は街の人々のにぎやかな声が結構聞こえてきて、最初はちょい不安だったが、3日もいたら逆に楽しそうだと、気にならなくなった。

They have worn out kitchen utensils, bedding lost its colour and window blinds are not functioning as expected.
