Our stay was good.We enjoed their service except buffet breakfast.It was horrible.

If this is a 4 star hotel then it should have lift.Their professionalism is not good and very bad buffet breakfast

Fine for once. Repeat stay is ??
Pros:

The staffs and also the GM are excellent.

Cons:

Rates are on higher side compared to other properties and facilities in place like Santiniketan.

Pros:

Facilities and staff behaviour specially saptam ghosh.

Cons:

As advertised, rooms were supposed to be with balcony and garden view which was not the case.

Lift was not there which is absolutely necessary for old people.
