It was an exceptional stay at Hotel Utsav Bolpur.Loved to see Hotel theme totally based on Seasons of bolpur and Rabindra Nath Tagore.The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist us.Room was very luxurious, spacious and comfortable.Value for Money.If I will ever come to bolpur.Utsav Hotel will be my first choice.

If this is a 4 star hotel then it should have lift.Their professionalism is not good and very bad buffet breakfast

Rates are on higher side compared to other properties and facilities in place like Santiniketan.

As advertised, rooms were supposed to be with balcony and garden view which was not the case.
Lift was not there which is absolutely necessary for old people.
Location is convenient and the hotel is quite clean
