The best place to stay, near main cities and in a Madrigal Family mood! LOVED!
Pros:

The house is fantastic! Its beautiful, like the Madrigal family house! I loved! Out family was very happy staying at this place! the houses are very very very big, ideal for big groups or small families.
The house has all the necessary facilities and easy to find.
Free parking place and easy to check in .
The team is fantastic and very helpful!

I am very happy to have stayed at this place! i recommend!

Our family loved the apartment. Veruy well equipied and beautiful.

Esperienza molto deludente
Cons:

Il soggiorno di una notte è stato estremamente negativo.
L’alloggio presentava un forte cattivo odore già all’arrivo.
Gli asciugamani erano sporchi, così come il divano e la cucina in generale.
Le pentole erano sporche, una addirittura con un solo manico, e le posate erano poche e non pulite.
Il frigorifero era sporco e emanava un cattivo odore. Inoltre, servizi essenziali come il Wi-Fi e la lavastoviglie non funzionavano.
Nel complesso, l’alloggio non era assolutamente all’altezza delle aspettative né degli standard minimi di pulizia e comfort.
Non lo consiglierei.

Pros:

Lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile. La biancheria e le lenzuola era pulitissime e profumate.
Appena entri nella casa è molto accogliente e la casa molto grande e accoglie molte persone.
Qualità-prezzo ottimo e per girare una parte della Toscana ottimo.

Cons:

I muri con tanta umidità, i battiscopa staccati e purtroppo abbiamo trovato 2 cimici vicini al divano-letto (questo non per colpa loro, ma perché la casa si trova in campagna)

Якщо буду ще поруч, із задоволенням зупинюсь тут знову.
Pros:

Історична будівля колишнього монастиря з гарними краєвидами. Приміщення поділені між різними власниками, тому відгуки на Google Maps дуже різні і часто не стосуються конкретних апартаментів.
Наші оператори Keila та Alessandro були відповідальними, залишили дуже хороше враження.
Апартаменти 15/20 були красиві та зручні для проживання: можна готувати їжу, є великий холодильник, хороший телевізор, пральна машина, зручне ліжко, комфортна душова кабінка, біде, сучасний санвузол. Опалення радіаторами працює добре.
Зручна парковка на закритій території. Чіткі інструкції щодо заселення. Дуже чисто, хороша постільна білизна.

Cons:

Недоліки, які не були для нас суттєвими:
Не повністю укомплектовані столові прибори (наприклад, немає ложок), відсутня сковорідка. Газова колонка опалення відчутно гудить, але це суттєво краще, ніж опалення кондиціонерами, як часто буває в Італії. Основне ліжко знаходиться на мезоніні (mezzanine або loft level) та потребує підйому крутими гвинтовими сходами — для людей з обмеженою мобільністю це може бути проблемою. Під час нашого перебування не працював Wi-Fi, обіцяли виправити, але до від'їзду цього не відбулось.
Думаю це тимчасово і пов'язано з новорічними святами, тому що взагалі відношення до гостей приємне і про приміщення дбають.
Також у приміщенні зустрічаються ladybugs, що повязано з близкістю до природи, а не з відсутністю належного прибирання. Але вони милі.

Pros:

La struttura è all’interno di un edificio storico, c’è tutto quello che serve nell’appartamento

Cons:

Il parcheggio condominiale aveva dei posti assegnati ma non c’era stato comunicato. C’erano comunque molti altri posti disponibili. Forse un po’ di più cura sulla pulizia.
