Lots of work needs to be done inside and out. Management and staff need to care about guests needs to control the crowd

Some rooms are inside and need a key to access.

Cons:

Room and property was dirty, almost as if it was not cleaned at all… just fixed up for the next guest. Too many people hanging around doing miscellaneous things, especially at night at almost midnight. It was not pleasant. I had to move rooms for a little comfort. No matter the price, this is a hotel and should look/feel like a hotel. Felt like I was at a block party at somebody’s apartment complex.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and even let me borrow a bowl for my dog so that I could feed them. The room was very clean and the beds were actually surprisingly comfortable. I think they had a foam topper on the mattress. We were very comfortable in the room the air conditioning worked very well and it had everything that we needed for a simple stay on a business trip. I would highly recommend this property.

Horrible horrible horrible.
Pros:

Seemed like the linens were mostly clean. And staff was very nice.

Cons:

My room was not clean. I found trash all over the room. The lamp had no shade. The Shade was torn and hid under a desk. The bottom lock on the door leading to a side room did not lock so a lamp was placed in front of the door to sit in place. The toilet was not screwed down to the floor and leaked out the bottom. The shower was dirty and the water would not drain. There was a purple little trees air freshener hanging from the sink as an air freshener. There was toilet paper shoved under the sink looking to stop a leak. The shampoo/lotion was open and used. The toilet paper was open and used. The bed frame clearly was not whipped down. Horrible overall experience of cleanliness. I would love a refund because this was unacceptable. The pool area looked to be trashed as well.
