Pros:

Waren eine Nacht. 3 Bett Zimmer mit Terrasse wegen rauchen. Optimal mit Außentreppe, mussten also garnicht rein ins Haus. Weg zum Olympiastadion entspannt, hin zu Fuß. Unterwegs ne Pizza. Zurück mit dem Taxi. Tankstelle ums Eck.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und sehr gut mit öffis zu erreichen (nah an Waldbühne/Olympiastadion).
Die Zimmer, das Bad und die Gemeinschaftsküche waren sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter super freundlich.
Die Außenanlage ist schön angelegt und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür!

Amazing stay
Pros:

Location is perfect, very closed to everything; market, bus station in front of the door, very clean, and very quite, so beautiful garden with amazing outdoor seats, staff is very helpful, sure will recommend to anyone who is looking for amazing stay

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare qui e lo consiglio! La camera era pulita, spaziosa, con bagno in camera. La zona è silenziosa e tranquilla. Soprattutto molto utile la procedura di check in: ho prenotato in serata e mi hanno subito mandato i codici per accedere alla struttura e alla camera. Consigliato!

Ausflug zum Karls Erdbeerland
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Erdbeerhof und der Preis.
Für ein paar Nächte OK.
Recht ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr hart. In Sachen Sauberkeit darf man nicht so genau hinsehen.
Parkplatzsituation in der Straße, da keine eigenen Parkplätze vorhanden.

Mir hat besonders gefallen, dass das Hotel einen Garten mit Rasen und einem Pavillon hat, wo man sich in Ruhe und Sicherheit entspannen konnte. Es ist auch sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Das Dreibettzimmer war geräumig und komfortabel

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass die Badezimmer klein sind und es dort sowie im Zimmer sehr warm war, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Außerdem ist das Doppelzimmer etwas klein
