Cappadocia is a beautiful place but the staff really made it ten times better !!! Mert and Selin made us feel very welcomed and treated us with great hospitality and the cave room with indoor pool was awesome . Highly recommend and if I find my way back then I will definitely stay here again10/10!!

Bardzo ładny i czysty pokój, ładnie urządzony i oświetlony . Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko. Sekcja basenowa to tak naprawdę całe spa z basenem, sauną, wanną z hydromasażem i oddzielnym ogrzewaniem w całej tej sekcji , jest tam ciepło i przyjemnie. Bardzo dobre śniadanie i miły personel. Polecam.

Это безусловно лучшее место где когда-либо приходилось останавливаться. Все идеально, от местоположения и пейзажей вокруг до суперотзывчивого персонала, уютных номеров и прекрасного завтрака.

Personal muy amable. Nos recomendaron los globos y hemos disfrutado mucho con mejor precio.
Sobre el parking, puedes aparcar en la calle principal que está arriba porque he visto reseñas de otros que tenían la problema con el parking, si, justo enfrente de hotel hay un bajada muy recta pero puedes aparcar arriba.

El Desayuno era muy rico. Hay levadura gratis, nos sorprendió mucho, es muy cómodo. Y cuando salimos nos regalaron unos regalitos. Es mejor hotel en Ortahisar por precio y amabilidad de personal. Os recomiendo mucho

El hotel es increible las habitaciones son muy bonitas y muy limpias pero sin duda lo que mas me gusto fue la atencion del personal Selin,las cocineras y el jefe fueron muy agradables nos ayudaron y atendieron en todo momento,nos sentimos como en casa

Ten obiekt jest wyjątkowy, niesamowity i bardzo ładny wewnątrz!!! Wnętrza są cudowne, przytulne a zarazem stylowe (dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach). Nam przede wszystkim dał poczucie komfortu, ciepła i spokoju. Bardzo mili ludzie, starający się jak mogą aby każdy pobyt był wyjątkowy. Bardzo czyste pokoje!! Standard zachodnioeuropejski. Wifi śmiga jak szalone. Sniadanie było bardzo dobre, duży wybór. Można jedynie żałować, że trzeba się wymeldować....

Amamos tudo nesse hotel. Começando que o hotel está em Ortahisar.uma cidade muito autêntica e agradável com vistas espetaculares em uma localização ótima . É um hotel pequeno, tão agradável e confortável. Nosso quarto era um excelente apartamento com sala cozinha ,sacada e uma varanda genial com jacuzzi com vista as montanhas e a cidade. Lindo , limpo , o clima está frio e sempre estava quentinho. Maravilha! Na entrada está a área das refeições onde tem chá e suco de granada e laranja a vontade. Isso é algo muito valioso !!! Algo digno de mencionar é o atendimento de todos no hotel. A gente sente uma energia boa. São pessoas honestas. Desde o dono , a recepção até as chicas da cozinha que são uns amorcinhos .Conseguem todo mais barato para seus clientes desde passeios até táxi se precisar. Não estavamos de carro mas foi fácil chegar de transporte público e nós mover entre as cidades. É um empreendimento familiar que merece todo o apoio dos visitantes que viagem pela região.Ahhh! E ganhamos presentinhos de despedida!! Bom. Recomendo 💯%%%%%%!!!!

Everything was great, the staff are so friendly, rooms exactly as described. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Turkish breakfast, they offer to make you toast / omelettes etc too as well as everything that is already out.
We used the hot tub (very nice) and it unfortunately leaked but the staff were amazing about it, they helped clean & also offered to move us to a different room, they also brought us some juice too. When leaving, we were given a little bag with some small gifts in.

Бронировали на семью верхний номер с джакузи на большой терассе, и ночью и днем с терассы прекрасный открытый вид в даль, очень красиво, есть ещё небольшой балкончик из кухни с видом на другую сторону. Вода в джакузи была довольно горячей. Шаров не было видно, возможно из-за погодных условий они вовсе не летали. Сам номер очень просторный, по сути апарты из двух комнат, отдельной кухни, ванной комнаты, балкона и большой терассы. В спальне кровать удобная, в другой комнате длинный угловой диван вдоль стены, там спал ребенок, сказал ему было тоже удобно. На кухне для нас оставили тарелку с фруктами, приятный жест. В душе были необходимые принадлежности: мыло, пена для джакузи, одноразовые шапочки. Свежевыжатый сок на завтрак порадовал. Отель расположен как бы внедряясь в скалу, что забавно , с террас её прекрасно видно, необычно. Недалеко расположена красивая крепость, туда мы поехали гулять и забрались на самую высокую точку, виды разумеется там потрясающие.

Nous avions la chambre avec bain à remous et lit sur la terrasse et je dois dire que c était exceptionnel. De la petite terrasse côté cuisine le coucher de soleil était incroyable.
La chambre, la cuisine, le salon était immense, magnifique, confortable.
La machine à laver le linge un gros plus.
Le personnel adorable et serviable.
Les œufs maison et fait comme vous les aimez au petit déjeuner. Les jus pressés et le pain.
On ne s’est pas senti a l’hôtel mais presque chez l’habitant. Merci !

The hotel is lovely - it's small, but very cozy. It's suitable for couples. The staff were very polite and helpful. Despite being a small hotel, there are lots of choices at breakfast.
