Pros:

El hotel es espectacular en todos los aspectos, superó nuestras expectativas sin duda. El servicio fue impecable desde el minuto 0, el personal es extremadamente amable y atento en todo momento. Las habitaciones muy limpias y preciosas, estuvimos muy cómodas. El hotel también cuenta con servicio de comida, spa y con coworking, fue genial para poder trabajar! Muy buen internet. Los masajes excelentes. El desayuno estaba espectacular, buenísimo y muy rápido. Sin duda, volveremos!

Struttura fantastica al centro di Kuta
Pros:

Albergo stupendo, centrale, con una buona presentazione. Il personale gentilissimo, ci hanno accolto con una bevanda buonissima e rinfrescante, e super disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, anche se non sempre potevano soddisfarle. L’albergo gode di un ottimo ristorante e di un servizio spa/massaggi favoloso. Sono disponibili anche servizi navetta e noleggio scooter. Anche il bagno era ben fatto, con doccia ampia.

Cons:

Tre piccole pecche per questa struttura: facendo il bagno in piscina, il costume da bianco mi è diventato verde; purtroppo nel bagno c’era un forte odore di fogna, forse dovuto al caldo; infine il personale quando ha rifatto la stanza, non è stato attento a portare via la frutta rimasta dalla colazione, quindi al nostro ritorno abbiamo trovato il piatto con un po’ di formiche dentro.
Altra piccola nota spiacevole: il ristorante purtroppo chiude troppo presto e la prima sera non abbiamo potuto cenare lì perché abbiamo trovato chiuso appena alle nove

Perfect Hotel away from the busy nightlife
Pros:

Tucked away down the side road off of Kuta chaos. Very pleased with our choice. Rooms are large, everything is walking distance and the beer in the fridge is Cool

Cons:

The crazy paving stepping stones that are watered in the morning splash mud up your legs. If that’s the best I can do on a negative from the quite frankly the hotel was perfect.

There is Construction going on opposite it wasn’t too noisy, but there is some noise. I’ve stayed in a lot worse.

Pros:

Établissement charmant et très bien situé, personnel très serviable et gentil.

Cons:

Les chambres ont malheureusement régulièrement une odeur d’égout, et parfois même une odeur d’urine. Dans la salle de bain, en revanche, le problème d’odeur est permanent : une forte odeur d’égout y est constamment présente. Dans la chambre, l’odeur apparaît plutôt par vagues, mais lorsqu’elle revient, elle est vraiment très forte, au point de nous réveiller la nuit.

Nous avons également remarqué la présence de fourmis et retrouvé un cafard. Nous comprenons que, dans un environnement tropical, ce sont des choses qui peuvent être difficiles à éviter et que l’établissement n’en est pas forcément entièrement responsable. Cependant, cumulés aux problèmes d’odeurs, ces éléments créent une atmosphère assez désagréable et rendent malheureusement le séjour moins agréable.

Inwould definitely book again
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet while still being close to the main street. The pool was amazing, the staff were very helpful, and the restaurant was good for breakfast. Our room was comfortable, and having a spa on the property was a bonus

Cons:

The bathroom could use a little bit of work, and there were some small ants in the room, but they didn’t bother us too much. The only real downside, which was out of the accommodation’s control, was a dog nearby that would howl multiple times throughout the night, every night, which did interrupt our sleep
