A refreshing getaway with beautiful surroundings, great hospitality, and memorable experiences.
Pros:

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the property! I had originally booked a deluxe room, but I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a cottage stay, which truly exceeded my expectations.

The property is stunning, beautifully surrounded by huge trees that create a calm and refreshing atmosphere. I loved every moment of it. The food was delicious, and the activities organized by the property were fun, engaging, and kept us entertained throughout our stay.

Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely love to visit again!

Cons:

Reaching the property can be a bit challenging due to the narrow roads, though in a way it also added to the adventure and fun of the trip. One small disappointment was that there was no common bonfire arranged. While I understand that resorts may charge for private bonfires, a common bonfire would have been nice, especially during the chilly weather.

Cons:

Restaurant cleanliness and hygiene was sub-par. And not much of a view from any of the rooms across the hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is just beautiful, the staff extremely helpful soft spoken, BUT it's very much away from the Mall road, to reach the Mall road we need to go down 13 kms and come back on those zigzag roads so almost 25 km up down.
Nothing to do at the hotel WiFi connectivity not good.

That's what is the most negetive issue, hence we cut short our trip to 1 night stay instead of 2 nights

Quiet, quaint and such a kid friendly place! Loved it. Went for 2 days, really rejuvenated!
Cons:

The location is actually quite remote. Although the work of roads is ongoing, so I hope the next time that we visit it'll be easier to access.

Disgusted with cleanliness / housekeeping of the room and check out experience.

Breakfast was average

Cons:

Housekeeping was pathetic. After room cleaning, there was dirt on floor, used cups/glasses were not changed, balcony was not cleaned, toiletries were not refilled. Even after calling the reception / housekeeping twice no action was taken

Pros:

The staff behavior was excellent. Food was very delicious. Hi Tea at terrace was enjoyable.

Cons:

Following points needs to be attended.

Approach road needs to be improved.
Provision of stool in the bathroom may be made for senior citizens for taking bath comfortably.
