WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Hi we are two young travellers who have been travelling across East Asia. Santorini has been our worst experience so far.
When we arrived for check in, the hotel was unattended and front door was locked. We rang the bell multiple times, with no reply.
We waited with our suitcases for 2 and a half hours in the heat on the street.
We were only able to eventually get into the hotel, due to a local contacting them and letting us in.
For the 48 hours we were there, we did not once see a staff member anywhere, including at reception, despite the website saying 24/7 desk service.
All room keys were out for anyone to grab at the desk - it felt very unsafe.
Rooms were tiny and dirty bed sheets.
Would not recommend.
Amazingly convenient location to Jonker Street! We got a free upgrade thanks to amazing service staff May :) There's water dispenser and even an ironing board for communal use.
Situated above a hawker center, we had to keep walking through/around one of the vendors to access the hotel entrance. Our room was a single twin share. It was small but tidy. This hotel is not an ideal location for those with weak legs or elderly as there's a flight of stairs to climb to enter, but for a 1* hotel, it's quite decent. Rooms are air conditioned and there's free wifi. Location is about a 5-10min walk away from Jonker Walk and other attractions. Staff are welcoming but not always present - they are easily contacted by phone
편리한 곳에 위치해 있어요.
This really shows photos are meant for illustration only. It looks more like a motel as they uses wall paper to decorate. There's 27 steps to climb daily and the room is small (like a master room w bathroom). Only one super small side table and the area (actually the whole room) is full of dust. The toilet door is rusty and hard to close plus there's no place to hang cloths nor towel and no shelving as well. Toilet paper not able to leave in the toilet as the shower head is directly facing the uncovered toilet roll holder. In the room beside the open shelving with 5 hangers. Bedsheet has stain as well. Only 2 plugs provided. The kettle is old and dirty as well. Coffee cups fills with stain. Side table lamp looks super old and yellowish. Can hear other guest closing toilet door, flushing and showering too. Only 9 rooms in the entire hotel at the same level. I totally understand the price is cheap but seriously not worth it. Reception forever no one there. This is our first and for sure our last stay in this hotel.
部屋は清潔でしたが、バスタオルに穴が開いていた。
シャワーの排水が悪かった。
The room was quite comfortable with a sofa bed too. We would have liked a room on the ground floor since there wasn't a lift; I had sent them a request earlier. The reception hours are limited, so no service at night. It's very close to Jonker Street, so that was a treat! It's alright for a short holiday.
Good holiday
Schönes und sauberes Zimmer.
Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Altstadt.
Clean and tidy. But a bit noisy.
Location Perfect and Parking Free. Highly Recommended. Just 5 minute walking distance to Melaka Famous Jonker Street Night Market and some Tourist Place like Christ Church, The Stadthuys and A'famosa Porta De Santiago. Hotel Room very clean and comfort. Room design with Santorini Theme and many food surrounding there. Facilities all new and staff very helpful. We will come back again for next Melaka Trip.
