Good for train commuters
Pros:

Right opposite Ninh Binh train station
The lady gave me an upgrade
They allowed me to keep the bags after check-out so I could visit the are freely

Cons:

It says the accept card payment, but they don't
No hot water

Dirty but convenient for train station
Pros:

Close to the train station

Cons:

Room had not been cleaned at all. Cockroach in the bathroom. Fridge was unplugged and full of musty water from defrosting. Place was dusty and hairs all over the floor from previous guests. We were only using the room to wait for a late train but we would not have slept there under any circumstances.

Cực kỳ gần ga Ninh Bình cho những ai đi tàu ạ. Ra cổng đi vài bước chân ngay đối diện là Elisa luôn mọi người ạ. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nội thất xịn, mịn, chuẩn hoàng gia ạ. Cả 2 cô quản lý duyên, đẹp gái lắm, rất nhiệt tình ạ, làm luôn tay luôn chân mà vẫn chu đáo, dịch vụ từ A - Z, kết hợp cả ăn uống, thuê xe máy đi lại và thuê xe ô tô mọi người nhé. Lần sau có dịp chắc chắn quay lại ạ 🥰

Единственный плюс нахождение напротив жд станции,если вам нужно на поезд и возможность остановится с питомцем.

Cons:

очень грязный номер,все старое,постоянно отключалось электричество во всем отеле. ни питьевой воды в номере,ни холодильника.ужасно

Good spot if you are taking the train
Pros:

The woman that runs this place is a beautiful soul, she is very friendly. For the money, and if you are taking the train early the next day, it is a great location to stay with food options around.

I love the aesthetics of royalty room 👑 and I also the huge beautiful windows looking out to the trees outside, if I booked here again I would book the non-deluxe because of the street and train noise.

Cons:

Train noise if you are a light sleeper
I picked a lot of pieces of human hair off of my bed
