It would be great if they provide hand towel and floor mat in the shower/washroom.

- breakfast was usually too Filipino for my European tastes with no alternative options, I can't eat meat and fish at 7am, bread was only available the first day (maybe I'm not its target clientele) but I enjoyed the omelette station
- we once requested a room cleanup but the room was still the same when we returned, the requested towel change was at least provided

Breakfast food. All too often the food was insufficient. The milk ran out for the cereal, there was no bread for toast, there was no scrambled eggs and requests were made too often to the staff that food was not available. For such a small breakfast area and small amount of guests, food should definitely be more available.

There was also a strong fish smell in the lobby of the hotel. It's understandable to serve fish for breakfast but the smell was quite heavy even long after the food was removed.

No refrigerator in the basic room provided so be aware of that when booking the hotel (not sure if a refrigerator is provided in the upgraded room)

Sewage smell in the bidet/toilet and shower area

The rooms are cleaned at request and not on a daily basis as should be the case.

Showers were cold water, teas and coffees were absent from the room on check-in, no shower mat/towel was there

Het ontbijt alleen warm eten, zoals pasta, rijst, vis en groente. Alleen wat brood om te toasten en jam. Personeel was niet pro actief bij het ontbijt.

I was on the 3rd floor and learned that the floor above is like a "party room" or where events are booked and can get very loud when it is booked for parties. If this was mentioned in the booking description, I would have liked to ask for a room on the second floor. Even though the party floor and noise stops at 10pm, it is very disturbing especially if you need to sleep earlier than 10pm.

Also the cleaning crew didn't do a good job in cleaning the broken glass from our room (it was our fault for accidentally braking a glass and we reported it immediately). Upon entering our room, we found some tiny shards of glass in the middle of the room and near the doorway. This would have been dangerous to step on.

Also upon checkout, we were asked to wait because they have to check the room. However, we were pressed for time as our flight was leaving soon and we had to drive to return our rental car. We never experienced this where someone has to check the room before we check out (how long would that take? it was never mentioned before or when we checked in).

The lift going to the rooftop was closed thus ppl w disabilities may have an issue to go up. There were no facial tissues and bottle water provided. The buffet food supply was limited. I’m surprised when I asked for fruits refill, the waiter came back with a few slices of oranges and said it was the last fruits they had. Then I saw a family of guests asked for sausages and they also said no more. And it’s wasn’t even that late hour.
But overall stay, I love it. I will definitely come back again and hopefully by then there is a bottle water and tissues already. From security guard, the front desk receptionist, cleaner to the waiter- thank you!

The windows hardly need soundproofing and the room should get a new wall paint.

La chambre était correct mais beaucoup de traces d’humidité, mal insonorisée. Il y a aussi des spots lumineux et une alarme qui se sont déclenchés à 2 reprises à 3-4h du matin, alors qu’il n’y avait aucune urgence, nous réveillant en sursaut.
J’ai trouvé que le prix est cher pour la nuit passée.

Le personnel de jour est sympathique mais pas celui de nuit qui est complice d’une arnaque avec le « chauffeur » / « guide » proposé (Edgar Nudo). Nous avons demandé le prix pour le chauffeur de 7am à 1pm et malgré 2 confirmations (2500 PHP), le chauffeur a finalement demandé bien plus cher en fin de prestation (3500 PHP) et a même appelé cette personne de l’hôtel pour insister et dire que nous mentions sur le prix défini. Il a fallu la gentille réceptionniste de jour pour nous aider à régler cette affaire même si nous avons finalement dû payer 3000 PHP.
Ne passez pas par ce chauffeur ou il faut bien reconfirmer avant départ le prix malgré ce que dit l’hôtel.

Rubber mats can be placed in bath area as the tiles when bathing can be slippery. Floor rugs would also be good to have

I feel like the staff needs to smile more… especially manong guard. Need that +1 enthusiasm.

The A/C takes a while to cool up.
