Beautifully designed and presented - newly build barn conversion - great parking.
The room was tricky to find, the owners not there so we had to ask at a nearby shop who were helpful, but didn't know much about the property. The room was set up for one person when we had clearly booked for 2 - only 1 set of towels and 1 cup! Tea and coffee making facilities were extensive, but when we decided to use them early the next morning we realised that no milk had been provided. The owners did respond to our request and apologiesed for the oversight but too late for the morning cuppa and had no way of resolving the issue. Normally, I would not complain about this oversight, but at £140 a night, these details matter.

Our room 'The Spinney' was beautiful. There is a large circular bath in the room, a dressing table, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and it was spotless. There is also a mini bar with chargeable items and the bed was so comfy! It is only a short drive, about 10mins to the seafront. The directions were clear and Kye was on hand if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.
It could be made clearer with a couple of signs maybe about where the actual accommodation is, with it been on a farm.
The people were lovely and very talkative. Found the place very easily and the room was very clean and tidy.
There was no milk to add to coffees or tea.
Wow! One of the nicest places we have stayed in. The location is perfect. 10mins drive from seafront with exceptional views.Hosts were responsive and so helpful and welcoming. The bath in the room was such a lovely addition and was very much enjoyed. Stocked fridge with wines, water and soft drinks at a small charge. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to return 😀

Spacious room, very well situated close enough to town to get there in just a few minutes by car but far enough out of town to have excellent countryside views and peace and quiet. The bath in the room is great!

Superb comfort
Plug for kettle? Had to plug in next to the bed. Small thing and no issue, just little details
It’s was decorated to a very high standard , the bed was really comfortable.
The kettle was in the wardrobe but no plug in there and trying to fill it in the sink was difficult, I had to use the shower as the bath didn’t work when we tried it. No water ran ? No full length mirror.
The property is beautiful, very swish, luxurious. And the host was very good too, brought us replacement batteries for the remote at 9pm! Very impressed!
The modern and classy feel to the property. It was very clean and fresh. The bath was amazing so to was the shower. The bed was the comfiest we’ve ever slept in.
There was nothing to not like about the property.
This a beautiful place to stay. it is situated on a farm but has it's own privacy and stunning views. attention to detail is stunning with even a bath big enough for two and yes we put it to the test 😂🤭 We have stayed again since and not for the last time I'm sure.

The space was warm, cosy, and very inviting. The bed was very comfortable, and the huge bath and bath salts were amazing.
We think there could have been a few things that were missing.
There was no milk available in the room, but there were 3 tea bags, a couple of coffee sticks, and a kettle, so we would have expected milk. I would have liked to see a couple of caffeine free fruit or mint tea bags to enioy before bed.
There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the shower. We would have expected toiletries for the cost of the room. This meant I couldn't have a shower/wash my hair before leaving.
There was no full-length mirror. Getting ready for a night out, we would have appreciated a full-length mirror.
A bin by the tea making facilities would save you walking a tea bag across the room to the bathroom bin.
We would certainly book again and appreciate the room is a relatively new addition. Just a few tweaks/ add-ins would make this stay excellent
Great place to stay! Modern and Clean with all amenities you’d need. Nice to have the option to sit outside and enjoy the view, can part right outside. Self-check in available but we had a warm welcome by the owners who showed us around their farm too, which was a nice touch!
Gorgeous location! The double bath tub was unreal!!
The bath was the cherry on top! We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. This is a very well furnished and equipped stay. It's definitely a luxury home from home. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
A negative is that there were a dozen insects in the room. It is in a farm setting, so it is understandable. The WIFi didn't work for us. However, it wasn't a necessity for our stay..
The cabin was well presented, beautiful decoration, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.

Couple of things missing/needed to make it even better - toiletries for shower, extra couple of towels as there were only 2, no milk for a brew
An optional breakfast basket (for extra cost) would be good too as there was nowhere walkable for milk and pastries.
